David the project manager was very clear, professional and respectful. Nick (job lead) Ben and John (techs) were extremely professional, respectful and informative. All worked in a very timely fashion. Everyone arrived on time and made absolutely sure that I was satisfied with the job. They treated my home, family and furniture with care and made sure everything was cleaned up and put back in its original place. I very highly recommend this company! Supporting our veteran owned and operated companies is important!! Side note...they gave us a bunch of girl scout cookies. Excellent customer service touch. Communication from the front office was on point as well!

I had a very positive experience with Veterans Air. David, the project manager, did a great job identifying what would work best for me and getting the project going. He was very polite and easy to work with. The installers, Edwin and Ben, were amazing. Like David, they were respectful, polite, and easy to work with. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. In my opinion, they went over and above. I am very happy with the work that was done, and I highly recommend Veterans Air.

We had a problem with control wire on a recently installed a/c unit . I reported it Monday morning Jack and he was able someone to come out later that day.The service manager Mike came out that afternoon soon after techs Benjamin and Diego arrived the three off them did some troubleshooting found a problem with the wiring lost on if the three wires running under slab. Determined that the could replace with minimal intrusion and planned to come out Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning came t Che Benjamin and Edwin arrived and after a few hours of hard work they successfully installed a new control cable a/c working like a dream! Excellent work job well done ! Will highly recommend them !!

What a great company to work with. I wish all service companies were like veteran air. Our HVAC system was installed in one day. Their service and knowledge of their products is great. Hector came out quickly when we needed a bit of an adjustment and took care of things with a smile.

Repair tech was Clean, neat ,on time professional and very fast in his repair of the unit. Office was up front about costs and kept us informed about the time of arrival, he was early. The best service company we have had the pleasure to use.

If I could give this company a 10 I would! They serviced our old house and were always professional. When we bought our new house we had them come and look at our system and found it to be severely lacking - the venting was not working properly in downstairs unit, the ducting in the attic was splayed open and there needed to be a water pan upstairs.

After my husband got 4 quotes, we choose Veteran Air. Veteran Air gave us a fair price. More amazing was the team of guys who came out to install our system. Highly professional, courteous of our property. I happened to be upstairs working and could overhear their conversations - all very respectful and family oriented.

It took them 2 full days because there was a leak in the freon line. They reran the line and looks professional. Two of them came back, at our convenience, to do some cosmetic work. We would have never known the difference, but they did. They say they treat your house like their own and it is true.

Just had techs Carlos and Jason here for a scheduled annual maintenance for my A/C system. They were very professional and thorough with what they did. They didn't try to sell me anything extra or charge me me for any repairs that they said I needed (unlike a previous company I had used). I feel like they are very honest and would recommend them to anyone else that is looking for a company to fix or maintain their A/C or heating system.

Veteran’s Air has a great reputation, so we decided to call them to service our 32 year old air conditioner. Saul was on time & prepared to check both of our air conditioners and non-working upstairs furnace. He thoroughly serviced the air conditioners & explained to us what we will need in the future to assure it’s functional. He did the same with the furnace. Their fee was very reasonable.
Excellent service! We highly recommend this company!

Christian Zamora did a wonderful job on my HVAC check. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Love this company and all service techs have been great.
