Absolutely horrible customer service! I called to request a quote on my furnace repair, already knew what exactly needs to be done, just wanted to compare to the price I was given by the other company. First person told me that they still need to send a technician "to diagnose the problem" and charge me $75 just for that. When I told him that I already had this done by the other technician and know exactly what the problem is, just need to get a quote for repair, his answer was: we don't work like this. So, I asked to speak with their manager who's name was Michael Hood. I explained my issue to him and he asked me to send him an email with my furnace info and description of the problem, which I did on the same day. I never received any response from him, called several times few days later but every time was told that he is not available. Kinda rude and disrespectful. Please don't use this company!

They came out for an inspection of my hvac unit. They were prompt, communicated along the whole way, and were able to troubleshoot quickly. Very fair pricing. Transparency the whole way through. What more could I ask for?
