I’ve seen their trucks in the neighborhood. When I had A/C issues , I called them for a quote. Their bid was not the cheapest, but I liked the scope of what they offered. The crews arrived on time, clean, knowledgeable, kind and were very professional. The job was finished when they vacuumed the work area and explained the operation of the new thermostat. Yes, I will use them again.

They did a great job servicing/repair on my Lennox home heating system. Both Jesse and Michael were excellent at their jobs but as luck would have it I required a part that was on back order for quite awhile due to a Lennox supply chain issue. That said once VA got the part I was on the list for installation & quickly back up and running. Thanks again for a great job. And a shout out to your office staff for keeping us updated and in the loop!

Great company! Carlos and Sal came to fix my heater and they were really professional and kind. My furnace does need repairs and or replaced but they did not push me to complete it today after I told them I needed to let my partner know. The price they quoted for the repairs and or replacement are very fair and reasonable.

Called them at 7:30am to let them know our air wasn’t blowing cold. They didn’t question why I was running the air conditioning(it was 55° outside), they just told me someone would be here today. Cut to an hour and a half later, Cristian and Steve show up to diagnose the problem. Turns out there was a small leak in the copper connections. They kept apologizing profusely for the inconvenience, and fixed it right away. When they finished it was raining and they didn’t let it bother them at all. They were professional and courteous the whole time. I told them I wish I had cash on me to tip them and they told there was no need and they wouldn’t have taken it anyways. I really appreciate the great attitude and professionalism they showed. I’d give more than 5 stars if possible

This company is AMAZING from the initial call with Sean to the visit with Carlos. Our heater went out during the coldest snap SoCal has seen in many years and we initially called the company that installed the system. They tried to charge us $2300 to clean the system with NO guarantees that it would work and NO compensation toward a new system if necessary. So I called Veteran Air since my husband and father are both Vets. Their customer service is top notch. Our system is getting cleaned and working and it isn't costing us an arm and a leg. I HIGHLY recommend Veteran Air and will refer everyone I know to them in the future!!!

The technician arrived on time. Very respectful and courteous. He was friendly and performed the inspection quickly and professionally.

There is something to be said about using a company founded by and owned by one of our country’s dedicated service men (and women). Veteran Air has worked for me and my family for over a decade and their service, professionalism and knowledge keeps me coming back when I have new projects. Keep up the quality work!

They did a great job with the installation of a new hvac system for us last year, and they’re on top of the semi-annual maintenance calls. The guys are professional and explain everything as they go.

Great guys and very knowledgeable. Dispatch office was very friendly and prompt as well. I bought the annual maintenance plan because it's a great deal. Definitely ask them about it when they come out.
