Christian and Steve were excellent installers. Prompt, hard-working, courteous, &.Knowledgeable. They cleaned everything before they left. I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Saul did a great job. He was friendly and efficient. He found the original and identified issues that could become a problem soon. He showed me pictures of everything and made sure everything is working before he left.

This is an incredibly impressive company, ranging from Nick, the Marketing Executive--who was very straight and clear--giving me clarity information and not at all up-selling (to the contrary), to
Nick and Ben who did the installation of the new heater. Nick and Ben were knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and willing to put in a 9-hour day ending in the dark in order to make sure the heater was working properly. The install was incredibly complicated, due to space constrictions and need to remedy previous installation hangovers. They did the work, cheerfully and thoroughly, even managing to extricate a resident mouse and mouse house from the exhaust system with no harm to the mouse. Kudos to all for a job impressively done, with competence and integrity.

Veteran Air came highly recommended to me from several neighbors. They did not disappoint. I signed up for their maintenance plan so I can make sure everything stays at peak performance. They do not try to upsell and rip you off.
