EZ Air Conditioning and Heating

EZ AC and Heating provided a good product that cools my mother's home efficiently and met our budget, faciliting the process and making it less stressful for me. From the moment I called them to installation, they provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond what I expected, as if we were family.
EZ provided an accurate diagnosis of the problem. I had many questions before choosing the best course of action. That same day, Johnathan, the general manager called back and took the time to explain the product choices.
Johnathan ensured I understood the products and how to maintain an AC. The following day, EZ sent me three proposals to consider. I made a sound choice, armed with information.
Installation was scheduled 2 days out. To make sure my mom was comfortable, EZ dispatched crew members to install freon free of charge.
On installation day, the crew showed up on time and worked diligently to remove the old unit and install the new. They were well trained, listened, and were respectful. I have recommended EZ to others since then and will be a repeat customer for any future service.

I am extremely pleased with the service I was provided. I actually had a different company come check my AC unit to diagnose the problem and give me a quote. I felt the quote was a bit high, and I had EZ Air Conditioning come for a 2nd opinion. They verified the problem and provided a quote that was around 60 percent less than the quote from the first company. Gerardo was the tech who serviced my AC unit and he was very courteous, professional, informative, and thorough in completing his work. Jonathan was the manager I spoke with on the phone and he was excellent!! He guaranteed the company's work and made me feel very comfortable with selecting his company for the 2nd opinion. He assured me they would fix the problem and give me a way better price than my quote from the first company. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am and thankful I am to EZ Air Conditioning for coming out the same day I called to fix my AC unit. They are completely trustworthy and honest. They have earned my future business for sure...Jonathan and Gerardo were perfect!!

What a wonderful experience I had with this company. I recommend them 100%. I was well informed about the products that were available and throughout the process if i had any concerns they would be addressed.
The work was done efficiently and all the employees were nice and professional.
I had one person on the way out stop and fixed a small issue ( not pertaining to this service) on something that could later have been a big issue . That kind of pride in a persons work is not often seen . Thank you to him and to all of you .

Just like to say that I was very happy with the response that EZ Air had to my request for service. Their schedule was very busy for the day I needed them, however, they were able to fit me. It was a life saver. The inside of my home was getting up near 90 degrees. I really appreciate that they saved us from another day of high temperatures inside my home. The techs that came out, Jaime and Edgar, were very polite and professional. They took that time to explain what was wrong with the A/C unit. In less than an hour my A/C was back up and running perfectly. The techs were awesome. I recommend EZ Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone needing A/C service. I will be using them again for any future A/C needs.

Found EZ Air through a google search for AC companies in the area. What a find! Heat not working after coming back in town. Though not an emergency, when i called for a service call appointment. They were able to come right away (within the hour). The service rep, Jaime, was courteous and considerate. I'm grateful when they use the shoe covers. Rep found the issue quickly. Reviewed the problem and explained the remedy. The service cost was reasonable and affordable. You always cross your fingers at these times. EZ gets extra marks for value and quality for the money. I'm happy and comfortable. Thanks EZ and kudos to Jaime for his professionalism and his customer service skills. I will keep their number handy.

Jonathan and his team are excellent at what they do! They facilitated the entire process and made it easy and stress-free. They were concerned with my partners breathing condition and wanted to make sure he was comfortable. We went over lots of details and added mechanisms and features to improve the air quality in our home. they were very patient in negotiating the contract and detials and also gave us rebates for our utility company and for the manufacturers. Larry the technician was also very good and Did a thorough job. I would recommend EZ air to anyone!

Our ac stopped working and didn't know who to call so I went ahead and started asking for to see who would give me an estimate and EZ was the first to reach out to me first thing in the morning. They went to my house, fixed it, and now have my AC working again all on the same day. Also they are very affordable! I will definitely call them if I ever have any other ac issues. Thanks!

Everyone who works with EZ Air Conditioning is so kind. You know the really care about you and your family AC issue. They are not the cheapest in town, but As the saying goes you get what you pay for. With the cost of our AC we got peace of mind, honesty, professionalism, great warranty work as well. You want a company who will be there for you in 5 -10 years if you need them to be. Been with these guys for a few years now for maintenance and repairs. They are the most honest, professional and capable provider I've ever hired for hvac. Chris and Larry saved the day! Jonathan and the office staff round out the experience with friendly, efficient service and communication. Can't recommend them enough.

Chris Gomez from the Technical Support Team was so helpful and patient. He was a great problem solver and saved me lots of money. He did the necessary research on my 16 year old air conditioning unit when no one else could find the information I needed. Thank you Chris for a job well done.
