Jaime is the technician who regularly services our HVAC system. He is thorough in the work he does and clearly explains what he is doing and why he is doing it.

They were able to send someone out within a day, and the service tech, Larry, was able to replace the part (capacitor) and get my AC running cold again. I was very happy with the customer service, Larry seemed really knowledgeable, and they charged me a fair price. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needed AC repair!

This company install a complete heating and air condition in my home 8 years ago. I call this company came out to fix an issue that my home warrarnty company wanted to charge me an arm and leg and sent someone out I was not comfortable with. Javier with this company, came out, explained the issue and fixed my unit without any issues. He was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I have an older unit that uses R22 refrigerant and stopped cooling. Technician James diagnosed the issue, got the parts needed and had the unit up and running in a timely and professional manner. He made sure everything was cooling properly indoors prior to leaving. They also email you pictures of the work they completed with the receipt. I would recommend them to family and friends. I will be using this company going forward.

Communication with this company was excellent. I received email and text reminders of my appointment today, and the specialist, Emmanuel, called when he was within ~10 minutes of my house. Emmanuel explained the service he was going to complete beforehand as well as the results he found after service. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. Thanks for a great experience!

The EZ team was very professional, polite, and competent. In spite of supply chain issues plaguing the industry, I only had to wait a few days after signing the contract until they were right on time to install the system. They installed a complete HVAC system and even provided some extra services that were not charged, such as a new in furnace filter and cleaning and adjusting register vents. To top it off they were the low bidder among a group of excellent competitors.

I have 2 AC systems in my house. EZ Air Conditioning replaced both systems complete. Very professional organization. They did exactly what they said they would do.
