EZ Air Conditioning and Heating

I called EZ air conditioning when my original installer was unable to take care of my air conditioner when we had a problem. EZ air’s service call was reasonably priced, but they do not apply the service call fee to your bill. They did go out and check my system and found the problem that my original installer missed. They fixed it quickly and for very reasonable price. There was another issue with my AC though, so they sent out an expert tech (with no additional service call fee). He was very knowledgeable and thorough. All of the billing, invoicing, estimates, everything was digital and I really like that. We approved the estimate and are waiting to schedule the other repair. I was really satisfied with EZ air conditioning, felt confident in their diagnosis, and did not feel taken advantage of. We will definitely call them again, if necessary. Maybe even before we call our original installer.

I called EZ Air Conditioning and Heating on a Friday around 1:00 pm, asking when they could schedule a visit to check my system. When the person who answered the phone discovered that my unit wasn't working, she was able to set up a visit for 3:30 pm the same day. Mr. Enrique came by a few minutes after 3:00 and went through the house, inspecting the unit inside, outside, and the attic. He took the time to explain problems with the ducts and how to solve them. He pointed out that the inflow was inadequate and explained that it needed to be increased for the new system to perform optimally.
The next day, Jonathan called to ask if I received the quote they sent on Friday. I didn't, and he resends it. So on Monday, he called, and once we agreed on the price, the service was scheduled for Wednesday between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.
The work crew was at my house by 8:10 am on the scheduled day. They did a great job replacing the unit. They were very respectful of me and my home. Mr. Jaime Martinez and the rest of the crew were exceptionally professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were done by about 3:30 pm. Mr. Enrique came by after the installation and showed me how the new system works. EZ Air Conditioning and Heating did this in less than a week!
From start to finish, everyone in the company went the extra mile to help, and you don't see that happening anymore.

Almost a year ago, had our HVAC system replaced and it's been running great. Best thing is the quote they gave us was under and saved us some money.

Everyone from the owner, office manage to the install team, were great to work with, very professional & hard working group of people. Install day was very cold & very rainy. The install team worked hard ALL Day to get the unit installed. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And that they did that day. The owner, Mr. Zapata, came by after the install. He went over the new thermostat with us & also made sure we were happy with the install. We feel like they are a very reputable & honest company. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

EZ AC is the best. They replaced our old Carrier unit. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable. They were on time and had it installed and running, cleaned up and out the door in four hours, they had estimated six hours to complete. EZ is a local AC and heating company and I could not be happier with their price and work. If you are in the San Antonio area I highly recommend EZ AC.

My experience with EZ Air exceeded my expectations. I got 4 quotes and ultimately chose EZ- their equipment, prices and customer service blew the others out of the water.
I worked closely with Enrique my consultant and Jonathan, the GM. They worked with me until we found an option that worked. And when I tell you they went above and beyond, it’s an understatement.
Everything they said they would do, they did. They were punctual, professional and unbelievably kind. Everything about the different options and pricing was transparent. Enrique made sure I felt comfortable and understood what he was sharing. It did take about a week for the unit to come in but they made sure we were comfortable until then and were even checking up on us to make sure everything was okay (I have a two year old so they were very dedicated to her comfort and wellbeing).
They even brought me breakfast the day of the install!
They had installed my parent’s AC about 8 years ago. So great to see a company who is consistently delivering quality results to their community.
