Have used them for many years. Tom, the owner, has gone out of his way to help us when we where having trouble getting bedrooms heated and cooled and replaced our ductwork. Brian has been doing our maintenance and found a short that was causing unit to go on and off more than it should. Good people and staff.

The service member who came out was extremely friendly and personable. He taught me some things as well about dealing with the system and gave me a realistic forecast on how much longer it would be good for (it is an old system). There was no pushiness or pressure or trying to up the price. Pure, honest, amazing service.
