We have used Damiani’s for years. They service and maintain our HVAC systems under contract. And we are very pleased with their work.
The technicians are courteous, helpful and responsive.

Superb service! They have been doing our heating and air for a more than 10 years. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. My wife had severe allergies, requiring special filters, but since she recently died, he asked me if I wanted him to install plain filters. We talked about it and I decided on the plain filters. My A/C was not blowing cold air. Called Damianis and they had someone come out that same day for a diagnostic. He found the issue (compressor broke) and the next day he came back out with the part to fix it. The tech was polite and very hardworking. My AC is working great now and I will 100% use them again for all my future AC needs! I highly recommend this company!

I’ve used Damiani’s for 3 houses over the last 10 years and would recommend them to anyone. The prices are comparable, the service is outstanding and is what keeps me loyal to them. One year, during regular maintenance, they noticed the roofers had used a nail gun and punctured the gas line!!!! Thank goodness the technicians were observant as that wasn’t even a part of the work that day. The owner, Tom, is very personable and will reach out to you if any questions or concerns. Hope to have the same service continued for another decade!!!

Our air conditioner was in need of repair right before we were headed out to an event. We called Damiani’s and within 30 minutes the repair technician was at our home. The system was diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour. This is our second time utilizing their services and it definitely won’t be the last time!

All traits on this business service were very professionally done. The gentlemen led by Art were right on time. They went right to work checking the inside Inuit and then moved to the outdoor unit to check it out too.
