I signed up with Damiani’s maintenance plan based on my friend’s recommendation. They came out for the first time this week. The technician (Lee) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He represented their company well. No regrets here!!

Damiani's service was extraordinarily good, especially in their quick response at the start of a long holiday weekend. The technician was able to come sooner than promised, and immediately identified a significant electrical problem that directly impacted my A/C. Once that was fixed, he replenished the refrigerant which made an immediate difference in the temperature of my house. I highly recommend Damiani’s. I have had incredible and professional service from them every time, from basic tuneups to repairs. They are super responsive and will get you scheduled in quickly when you are experiencing problems. Their technicians are some of the most knowledgeable in the city!

We have been using Damiani's Comfort Design for over 10 years with the maintenance program from our two different properties and always appreciate the great service. Our current home has the original AC unit (22 years old) and is in need of replacing. We had an issue with the AC being out upstairs and after calling Damiani's at 9:00 pm, Tom had contacted me within 5 minutes for a scheduled time the next day for a technician. The time didn't work for our work schedules, and he was able to change it. We appreciated the quick communication, flexibility for a technician to come out and the ability to repair it the following day. Our family of four was happy to sleep upstairs again!

Damian’s Comfort Design is my go to for all HVAC work. Why because when you call they promptly come and do what they say and with professionalism and value. We’ve also had the same technician Bryan for 3 years and we have a relationship of trust. He’s fantastic. Having the same person provide seasonal maintenance and repair provides the continuity necessary to keep the system top of the line ready.

They are always professional on the phone able to work with your schedule. When the technicians come out, they are fast efficient knowledgeable. The last time they came they even threw the ball for the dogs a couple times in the backyard while checking out the unit. I highly recommend them.

We have had Damiani’s work on our AC units for a few years now. They are honest and professional. They come twice a year to give maintenance to the units and always try their best to come as fast as possible if there is any problem. They are the best.
