We had our unit installed week. This week it was 80 degrees in our house at 8pm. I called and they immediately dispatched Chris who found a freak piece of blown insulation clogged our drain. He fixed it and was on his way in less than an hour. Very professional!

A pleasant experience with Chris Donovan who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to questions. Repair was done and was very pleased with his work. Would definitely recommend ABC Air conditioning & Heating again!!!

Tip was on time, professional. Asked several questions and quickly found the Condensate line was restricted and the high level switch in the condensate basin shut the system down. Tip blew the condensate line out and fixed my hvac problem.

Services provided ABC was great. Tino (our service rep) was a very pleasant and professional technician.

Tino was awesome! He was honest and solution based. AC went out Friday and was fixed first thing Monday morning! Literally saved our lives in this Texas heat!

As soon as I spoke with Kelly at dispatch to the moment my technician Chris, arrived after hours, everything was up and running in no time at all! My breakers had tripped my outside unit and Chris was quick and prompt to identify the issue and get it resolved immediately. He performed a full diagnostics on the system and gave it two thumbs up. He let me know that my breakers needed replacing, so now I've got an ABC electrical technician coming out to fix the main problem. I really appreciate the lightning fast response, the honesty, and most of all the professionalism this team has displayed!!! I highly recommend ABC!!!

Chris went above and beyond crawling under the house to see what the problem was, even though it wasn’t something he could fix he still located the problem. Thanks Chris for pointing us in the right direction.

Amazing service! Great prices! We were trying to get our 2 year old AC unit fixed, stopped running. Tried to get help through our terrible Home Warranty company, First American. They sent out Horizon AC, fast forward a week with no AC and they were thinking it might be the condenser.... might be the wiring kit to the condenser. They had no idea what they were doing!! And kept no showing! Called ABC this morning at 9am and told them the situation. They had a tech out to my house by 10:45am and he had it fixed by 11:15am!! It was the Capacitor. Total cost was $69 for the service call and $40 for the new Capacitor which included a lifetime parts/labor warranty on it. Amazing! I will never go to another AC company!

Denicio, Andy, and Robert knocking a monumental task out like the pros they are. First up was getting the 50 year old box ducts out, count it done and it was not even 10am. They pressed forward with smiles, constant interactions, updates, and we even snuck in a few laughs. Our home is in great hands.

They came after we reached out through Costco, who has a great deal on the Lennox XC line that I wanted based on a lot of research and another respected company estimate.

Becky called, setting the tone for what was ahead. Professional, well educated on the way lines ABC represents and more . She's no appointment setter. For us she was a key part of our confidence we found the right company to trust our home comfort and health with.

Robert came on time and ready to listen, carefully inspect, and price out what we wanted and needed BEFORE stepping off the attic access ladder. We knew the benefits, Costco incentives and more. By the time we got him a bottle of water to cool down (it was hot and humid) we had the facts figures, benefits and features ABC, Lennox, and Costco were offering. I'm old school, sales all my life and Robert was the most professional, pleasant,direct, and to the point we ever had the pleasure of meeting with, and we've met with hundreds over our years.

What Becky and Robert promised, Denicio, Andy, and Robert are delivering on. Side note: CC processing challenges gave me the chance to work with their billing folks...yep, professional, pleasant, and you can feel their smiles over the phone.

This is one of the best companies that provide services to my home. Each individual is professional, timely, and knowledgeable about their job. Heating, AC service and installation services continue to be excellent. Saving me money every time.
