Service tech was very knowledgeable - Friendly and Courteous and nformative on issues. Frank was Very Helpful and Pointed out stuff that it needed. Great Service. Frank Knows his job very well, gave me great advice...and I plan to hire them again.

Spent a day and a half trying to set up appt and then was told we don't have a estimator in the corpus area so they are going to decline the job why didn't you say so in the beginning instead of wasting my time I would nit and will not recommend your vompany or use your company again

ABC Home has been incredible to work with. They are responsive, affordable, highly knowledgeable and very professional. Their preventative maintenance program is a must have and will catch minor problems before they become major ones. I would definitely recommend this company!

I have been with ABC Home and Commercial Services for years and I love their work. They are very efficient, professional , make to always give reminders, make me feel important, always always on time or earlier than expected which is always convenient. They always make sure they are thorough when check our AC/heating.

I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Long story short, we had them come out and do some repairs and were satisfied with that. They talked me into paying a monthly service that had them come out and service the ac. I had been paying for this monthly service for about 6 months and my ac had stopped working. I called and had them come out so we can figure out what was going on. They basically did the service I had been paying for monthly. The tech was extremely rude and disrespectful. He basically blew into a tube and cut a piece of pvc and then charge me over $500. I called and emailed for months to speak to someone about this. I was told several times the guy in charge had called me twice and spoke to me and that I was satisfied. I’ve never spoke to this person. I cancelled my service and of course had to pay it out. I finally spoke to a level headed person who got someone to call me which was of course not the person that had supposedly spoke to me several times. After paying roughly $600 they said they could offer me a $50 discount on a future service. Joking right? They told me the owner would reach out to me within the day, which once again never happened. Save yourself some money and frustration and go with someone else.

Jorge came out to do maintenance on our heating unit. He was very thorough and explained all the readings on our unit including showing me pictures of each item tested & the reading. We have been very happy with ABC Home & Commercial Services & would recommend them to anyone needing service on the HVAC unit.

ABC is working to diagnose whether a freon leak has been fixed. Rollie Ferrer will return next week to follow up.
He is punctual and courteous. I would recommend ABC.

Had to replace my outside AC unit, home warranty company denied my service request, and ABC was able to fit me in the schedule within 24 hours! Greatly appreciate the quick response, AC was out for a week prior to connecting with their office. Texas summer heat made our house so hot, appreciated the sympathy and empathy from the reps and wanting to work with me to get replaced ASAP!

I had been seeing commercials for ABC and decided to give them a try for maintenance on my air conditioner. Boy was I glad I did! Lisa Cmerek answered the phone and was so nice! I was able to get an appointment very quickly and even became an ABC member, which for a low monthly payment has many perks! Check it out! My appointment with Jorge was very good. He is knowledgeable and I feel I'm in good hands now with ABC! I would highly recommend them!
