I wouldn’t even know about the quality of work. Their scheduling department has to be the worst in San Antonio. Never a call a text nothing. But a call 45 min before they are supposed to arrive? Are you kidding me? I told you AM Friday works best so you call me at 2:20pm telling me you’ll be here in 45! No call the day before or even the morning of. Such trash. Absolute garbage management and customer service.

Referred to this company by American Home Shield. Do not use them. Had an appointment for mid December. They pushed it back several times. No-showed one time and were two hours late today. This is not a worker problem, it is management.

Had to reschedule twice. First time no communication to verify time and date. Second time tech couldn't make it. During the Christmas freeze on 12/23... without heat for a week now. These people are through my home warranty company... not positive experience. Calling home warranty company to inform them

They were supposed to come out today (11/22/22) between 10-12 to repair a furnace that has been out since Saturday (11/19/22). They didn’t show up or contact me. I called the company and was told they weren’t coming because of the weather (it’s 48 degrees and no rain). They were assigned by American Happy Shield. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS. If I could give them negative stars I would.

My A/C was not cooling properly. So I called AHS, paid the $125 service call, and they sent the work order to this company. I was skeptic when I saw the reviews about this company, but I didn't have a choice. Well they came on time, and answer all my questions. I told them that must be a leak somewhere that is making losing freon. They spent like 3 minutes checking and told me that the a/c need less of a pound of freon, and if there is any leak they won't fixed because they only look or fix leaks if is more than two pounds of freon are need. It sounds kind of BS, so they add less of a pound of freon, two weeks later same problem. I called AHS and I cancelled my contract right away. If you have AHS and a/c problems, good luck. I think the good reviews must be from the same employees and friends.

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks to have my AC fixed in southern Texas. They came out the next day after I called a quickly diagnosed the blower motor is out. 5 weeks later still not fixed. I can’t get ahold of the technician, the call center in the Philippines us no help, they transfer me to the main office and I get voicemails and no one calls me back. They have the technicians doing scheduling, repair, parts ordering and customer service. This company is BROKEN!

A U.S. Air Condition responded to my home warranty work order request. Steve did a fantastic job. Worked quickly to resolve my problem. Let me know what the problem was and how to prevent and fix it myself in the future. This is great because we were without air conditioning for almost 48hrs due to scheduling. This new knowledge may save me time, money and heat exhaustion in the future.

They did not call the day before to schedule the appointment like promised. We had to call to schedule and confirm. Tech said I need a heating pump when the unit was brand new and installed by a family member who does all this work for me. We tried to DIY a new wall mount and did it incorrect making the once working heater not work! Call American Home shield for convenience and they assigned this company. Tech said it needed a new heating pump which was replaced last April and used only for 4 months and up to last week before I DIY the wall mount to a nicer touch button model. I have done property management for over 15 years with over 70 units. I was dismissed because I’m a female and trying to make money off an appliance claim. American home shield continues to use the worst rated companies. Sad my tenant was told he needed to return to with an expensive part when the heater worked for them the first time we recalibrated the new wall mount. Something simple is turning into a nightmare. No a fan of US Air Conditioning of TX .

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Technician Mike G. came to my house for a service with American home shield Ac repair. Extremely rude he didn’t explain to me why he was changing boxes and putting another part he had in his truck in a box. When I ask him if the part it was new, he reacted in a really bad way! And throw the box at me. At the end he left without checking if my AC was working. The unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Thanks god I have security system in my entire house and everything got record it for my own safety and records. Please find another company that is reliable and value your money.
