They were able to get to me the same day, but the price did not match the service. I was charged $476.00 for my repair and all I needed was a capacitor that costs less than $50.00. No explanation for the huge bill, or a receipt breaking out the charges.
Daniel Penn is one of the best techs we have had. we have tried a couple other companies and they were not as thorough and professional as him. He was very knowledgeable and provided a great service. We definitely recommend him and Blue star.
Blue Star has excellent customer service! Danny came out today to do a seasonal spring check up on our units and he really went above and beyond, even going so far as to make a small repair on my attic door which wasn’t closing properly. Highly recommended great company!
Ralph gave a thorough assessment of our hvac system. He gave a detailed explanation of how efficient our system was and what we go do to make it better. I look forward to Air Pros coming back out to do our winter tune up for our heating system and will definitely be asking for Ralph again.
Tony Escajeda came out and was very nice and professional. He was pretty straightforward and told me what i needed and what I can defer for later. I got the regular maintenance for them to come by twice a year. I didn't realize all the work they put in and how beneficial it is to do these regular checkups. Awesome service and very happy that I decided to let them perform maintenance. Definitely will request for him on the next tune up. I had my capacitor replaced and the UV stick light added to clean any existing molds and prevent any new ones to develop.
From the initial phone call , to the technician being in contact and on time, the whole experience was 1st rate . We received the highest quality service from our technician Daniel Penn. He was thorough and detailed ,making sure that we understood what he was doing and why he had to do it . He also made sure we were able to contact not only the company, but himself if we had any issues with the work at any time after completion. It was refreshing to see a young man work so hard and look like he really enjoys his job. I remember that I told him that I appreciated his work ethic, he replied, “ Well, in what ever I do , I really like helping people.” We could use more attitudes like this in our world these days.. Kudos to all !!!

I had called several other ac repair companies they were booked the rest of the day. I got in touch with Blue Star and with no problem they got us in today and even pushed our time up. Daniel came and he was awesome came right in and told us what the problem was. And went right ahead and fixed it for us and he explained everything well. I like his work so much I even got a maintenance membership with you all!!
Had my air conditioner yearly service today & I couldn’t be more pleased with the service & education I received from Danny. He was very nice, professional, & patient. He answered all of the questions I had & even educated me on a few things in an effort to help me understand my system. It is very hard to find up front & honest help but that definitely was not the case with Danny. He was great. Thanks Danny for all of your help & guidance. You do a great job!
We had a number of issues with our downstairs unit, and bluestar addressed them all in a timely manner with professionalism and great customer service. The first issue we fixed, knowing it would be a ‘patch’ and crossed our fingers that it would give us another year or so on the unit. When that proved untrue after a week or so, Blue Star came out again and took that into account when quoting us the price for a new unit, bringing the price down since they had just replaced a part. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hvac service. Great communication throughout the entire process.
