Well had to change my review. I called another tech out here and he told me a different story than these folks. Apparently it was just a blower motor and not a massive leak. I was told there was zero pressure, turns out that was not true at all. They tried to sell me another system when in fact it was just a small repair that was needed. BEWARE!!!!!!

I had the most pleasant uplifting experience to today with Erick from blue 🌟. Erick went beyond company protocol/ sales pitch. Not only in person but over the phone as well. His honesty/integrity along with his professionalism and willingness to do all he could to get me finance work not only to hear my house but to build my faith. Erick thank you so much. Now I don't have to use sheets to block half of the house off. Thank you so much Erick!! Your blessing has been sent.

GREAT and QUICK service! Blue Star arrived within 2 hours of our AC going out and had the problem fixed in about 30. Their prices were fair and their service was outstanding! Highly recommend using Blue Star Heating and Air.

I made a mistake while replacing my thermostat and ended up blowing a fuse on my ac unit (unbeknownst to me at the time). Additionally, this happened on the Saturday before memorial day. I called at least 8 different places, and blue star was one of the only ones who called back. In discussing my problem, they tried to get a technician out as soon as possible and genuinely cared about the uncomfortable nature we were in as the temps we in the high 90s. They were able to get out early the following day and found, and fixed, my problem on about 15 minutes. Blue star provided some of the best service I've had in dealing with any AC service.

Blue Star repaired my A/C two years ago and heater today.
Both times the tech was professional, instructional, and suggested "could do - should do - must do" options. I'd had other companies come out who were bent on ripping me off.
Today Daniel gave me a "decision tree" to follow because I can't get one issue to happen when a tech is here. What an amazing help that will be! A 6-year issue may have an end in sight!!
I trust Blue Star and will never call another HVAC company!!

Josue and Eric are very professional and thorough with no high pressure sales tactics. They showed and explained the benefits of the air purification system extremely well resulting in a new installation..
They worked efficiently and exhibited excellent attention to detail.
Most personable service personell I have ever had.

Air pros were able to be at our house less than a day. Robert was punctual and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution and was knowledgeable beyond my expectations. I will be calling and asking for Robert if we need any additional assistance!

👍 I have been on Blue Star's service plan for several years and can not say enough great things about this company!! Daniel came out for the visit today and was very friendly and taught me a lot about my system. Not the pushy salesman type but laid out the facts for future reference.

Blue Star Heating and Air is awesome! Daniel was my hero today! Daniel showed up with in an hour of calling for service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. I wish more contractors were like him! Thanks Daniel for everything!

Kenneth checked out everything and gave us a clean bill on one unit and a resolution to repair the second.
