WARNING!!!! Do not use this company. They will over charge you. In my case they were sent our by my home warranty company. They came by twice to diagnose problems with my AC. The first time they only did a visual inspection and said I needed to re-design the duct work. They quoted me $1185. 2 weeks later we call the warranty company back and they sent the same guy out again. This time the diagnosed the problem at a leak in the inside evaporator coil. To replace it would cost me $1375 out of pocket. I called back the warranty company to get a second opinion. Another company came out and found a visible leak near the compressor outside. The second guy found NO leak or other issue on the inside unit. Not only did D&E miss diagnose the issue but the also WAY over quoted me according to the second company. They also quoted me for 2lb Freon more than what was necessary. Shame on you D&E.
Also notice how the only positive review is from a "Google user", sounds to me that perhaps they try to give themselves a high rating
