    Definitely recommend!! My A/C stopped cooling around 2 in the morning, messaged Daniel around 7 in the morning and responded right away that he will arrive in about 30 minutes. As soon as he arrived, he figured out the issue. Fixed the problem in an hour or less and handled other problems that would have created a more expensive trip for a really cheap price. Having a home around this 100 degree temperature with no cooling A/C is definitely not suitable for our small children. Great A/C specialist, excellent service, quality work and reasonable prices. Can’t beat that.

    Only good things to say about D & E Heating & Air. The dog days of summer are upon us. This week every day hit over 100 degrees. We were given this companies name from someone who had just had their unit replaced. So we're hoping for the best with this company. Sometimes these contractors will take advantage of females. Sad to say. But Danny was courteous and respectful to us. D &E Heating & Air came, did the job and even cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company.

    I was recommended by them by my parents who flip houses, I’ve had so many other AC people come to my house to look at my unit (which is older) and literally every time they “cleaned” or “fixed” my unit.... it ran worse. So I called these guys and they were at my house the next day.... comes to find out I have a Freon leak and what those guys before them did was just add Freon... charge me and leave...so when they got here they were straight up honest and said you have a very old unit then found the leak and we need to see how bad the leak is, so we are going to add Freon and go from there... a few days later I called them and said it was getting hot in my house... that’s when I knew it was time to just go ahead and get a new unit... they were straight up honest with me and said it will take a few days to get the new unit and parts ( I told them on a Friday it was getting hot) the owner sent a guy over to overcharge the unit with Freon so I wouldn’t be hot the whole weekend until Monday when he got the parts ( by the way he didn’t charge me for them to come out and add Freon to the unit). Then on Monday they came and installed the brand new unit and then they have even checked up with my since to make sure everything is still working great... I am a no BS guy and these guys literally go above and beyond to get the job done

    D&E was sent out by my warranty company and they did a great job getting what needed to be done. The best thing I find in this company is the girls that answer the phone communicate with the customer. They call to say if the technician is running late because the job before is taking longer. They call ahead to let me know they are on their way. They follow up to make sure everything is working. Being informed rather than wondering if I was forgotten really is great customer service. Will use them again.

    Just had a central unit replaced in my home with the unit D&E recommended and I'm glad I picked him over the other bids. He delivered everything he said he would and more and the result looks and works great.

    Great experience. Came home from work and A/C was out and the temp in my home was 85 degrees. called a friend and he referred me to D&E. Called them at 5pm expecting not to reach anyone but to my surprised someone answer but not just answered but was given the best customer service by a lady who was very professional, considerate and compassionate. She stated that she would have one of her techs give me a call with a eta and not even 10 minutes later received a call from the tech letting me know that he was on a another job and as soon as he was done that he would head my way. Tech Called twice with eta and even arrived 30 minutes prior than expected. Tech showed up and was very professional wasn't here 10 min and diagnosed and fix the issue. I am so grateful for D&E and have found my new heating and air company. Thank u D&E for everything.

    Danny with D & E was a life savior. We had went about a week with our upstairs unit not working. We had search for a good reputable company's to use in the area. When dealing with A/C companies it can be very difficult to trust some companies. I called Danny on Sunday and told him my situation, he warned me that he only had a couple r22 units available and they go fast. We set a time to meet on Wednesday he called me Wednesday morning early to confirm he said he would be out at 2pm and would text when he was in route. Danny did exactly that. Danny arrived and he was going off what I had told him over the phone, he said when he got there that he wanted to run some test to make sure it was what I explained to him over the phone. When he checked it out it was something totally different then what we diagnosis on the phone. The fix was simple and saved me hundred's of dollars.

    Danny was great , and needless to say he could have fixed something that didn't need fixing and ran with the money and I wouldn't have evet known. Honesty, trustworthy, efficent, great communication and friendly is what I think of when I think of Danny.

    I have already referred him to two of my neighbors in my community here in Rockwall, hopefully you will do the same when the need arise for a professional in the A/C field.

    Excellent service. I was shocked to see all the bad reviews. We always had nothing but the best from Danny and D&E. We went through our home warranty. Danny is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. We wouldn't want to go with another company but D &E.

    D&E was very courteous and professional. They took care of replacing our coil and furnace within a week of identifying the issue and educated us through the process. I’d highly recommend them.

    Warranty company sent these guys out. Refused to do any work until a 'cleaning' was done. Well I bought the house less than a year ago and had a cleaning done then, but okay if they want another.... except this guy 'Danny' tells us it will cost $355, and warranty won't cover maintenance of course. I called 4 other companies within the hour and found no one really charges more than around $100 for a cleaning service. I called the warranty company and told them to send someone else. These guys are just charging overages because they can get away with it since the warranty company sends them and they can surprise you with extra charges. I might add that I'm 7 months pregnant right now and it's the middle of August in Texas... you can't tell me they weren't trying to take advantage of the situation.
