D & E worked with my home warranty company to get me two new furnaces to replace my old ones that have not been working adequately for some time. They gave me reasonable prices on them and came and installed them in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with Danny’s professionalism and being a respectable gentleman to me. He even sent me photos of my furnaces in the attic so I could see what they installed. I totally recommend them for any job you have.

I really appreciated the honest advice and sincerity. The team sent out was very efficient and helpful in getting us back up and running with a new unit after ours met it’s end of life. I work from home and they were not a bother at all during installation. Cannot thank this company enough for the work they accomplished. Would highly recommend!

I'm selling my home and in the contract phase. As part of the buyer's inspection, they asked me to have the A/C serviced and cleaned. D & E was referred to me by my renovation & repair team.

They were professional & personal... Ask me about IT Program and Project Management, I can share a thing or two. Ask me to diagnose my A/C and Heating, ehhhhh... it's not my forte. However, when someone comes in and delivers solutions that are affordable and honest, it feels like a godsend. My A/C is running more efficiently now and the price was so reasonable, I said, "Well how much for the other work?" lol... I know I should have had a poker face... I even had some extra work done for the buyer (always pay it forward and the universe, will bless you).

I would definitely suggest giving D & E an opportunity to evaluate your unit(s), especially if you get an outrageous quote. My unit is electric so it's used for heating and A/C and its running better than ever.

I had a problem with my AC unit. I was able to call and get a service call in one day. The courteous response to my concern was very appreciated. I was informed what the warranty would pay and what was out of pocket for me. They went beyond my expectations and got my system repaired. What was really exceptional was the no-pressure, professional service. I highly recommend D&E for all your HVAC needs!

Love this vendor! Their customer service is superb and they have been very flexible working with me - initially helped me repair really old units, but then helped me out to find a really cost effective, functional and high quality solution for my HVAC needs. Not only that, byt the supervisor was always on point with communication and helping manage the entire thing while I was out of town, and the crew was just terrific and flexible to accommodate really weird time windows to work, and even deal with crazy tenants that threatened them twice! despite all that, they never lost their nerve and helped out get the work done, in exceptional time, in the middle of the heat season, and at really reasonable prices. Being in Texas it's HOT and when our air condition when out almost two weeks it wasn't a good day. Temperatures were in the upper 90's last week and we called our warranty company they sent someone out but they never turned the paperwork back to the warranty for their approval to start the job. So now it's a week later we decided to have them call someone else out and I'm so glad they did! The people at D&E Heating and Air were here in and 2 days later we have a new air condition and are very cool! The individuals I worked with were all very polite and helpful. The girl in the office called each time there was an update as did the gentleman who came out. I'm very pleased with their service and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had the air conditioner up and running in minutes replacing one part. They called as they were on their way and were inside the promised time frame. I don't know that I have ever had a service experience go so well. You can't get much better than that! Thank you D & E, my new go-to for HVAC service.

D&E Heating and Air recently replaced one of our heating units. Danny and his team provided excellent customer service. Danny is always responsive to my questions and has been great in following up after the installation. We will continue to use D&E Heating and Air in the future!

We have used D & E Heating & Air in the past. Each time we’ve called they are always quick to respond & very reliable. With the unbearable Texas heat D & E has always made sure we are always back up & going in a very short amount of time. We recently had to replace our entire AC unit. It went out on Tuesday evening, contacted D&E that night, they were there the next morning & was able to give us some temporary relief. They were back out to our place Friday afternoon & quickly installed our new unit. Highly recommend them & will definitely use them again should we need to.
