All Cool was able to get Eric out within 2 hrs of calling to fix the capacitor on our unit. Eric was very kind, professional, and explained any questions I had. I will continue to use All Cool for future maintenance and repairs.

Response time to our request for a quote was immediate. Prices were competitive in the marketplace, if not a little better. Price is important, but customer care will make or break a business...and All Cool seemed to genuinely care about our needs! Love being able to support our local, family owned businesses!

All Out A/C provided and installed a new 5 ton Goodman coil in 2010. 6 years later the coil went bad and started leaking freon. It was non-repairable, had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the Goodman warranty was only 5 years. When I spoke with Michael at All Out he simply said there was nothing he could or willing to do. They also shared that they no longer use Goodman coils because they were not very high quality and did not last very long. So here I was stuck with a coil that went out 1 yr after the warranty expired, that was of poor quality to begin with, that should have never been installed by All Out. However, all that being said, I thought a reasonable request would be for All Out to come out to the house, assess the condition of the coil/leak and then determine what they could do for me in terms of price. Instead of saying sure, we will come look at it and give you an estimate, Michael simply said, no thanks, we don't like to do work in the Houston area (where the house is) and we like to only do work in the SW part of town. So, to recap, they do a job for me in 2010 and then when the cheap product they sold me, wears out prematurely (other coils last on avg 10 yrs), they aren't even willing to come do the job. I was forced to scramble, find another vendor to do the job, all while my tenant was without air. After not being satisfied with my conversation with Michael, I asked to speak with Bryan Bellamy (the owner). Michael would not let me speak with Bryan. He said he would have him call me back that day. Time was urgent, tenant was without air. I never heard from him. I had Bryan's direct number still in my phone (these guys had done several jobs for me several years ago, when Bryan's business was first starting, and still had his number in my contacts). So I called him directly several times and he just kept screening my phone call and would never speak with me or call me back. So bottom line, I believe I was treated poorly, with terrible customer service, by a company that should have stood behind their work and come and made the repair/replacement for me. Instead they brushed me off, choosing to wash their hands of any responsibility, and using an excuse that they want to focus on specific geographies. I share all of this, so consumers can be aware. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! With some many A/C companies in the Houston area, don't take any risk on these guys, it's not worth it.

Derek was knowledgeable and courteous; he pinpointed the issue, provided options, and performed the repair accurately and timely.

Eric was the tech who came out. He was very professional and patient. I asked tons of questions about the work needed on my units and he answered every one. All-out AC is a great company. I highly recommend them, and Eric, to anyone needing A/C repairs.

Great experience with All Out A/C & Heating! They were competitively priced, professional and there was fee for an estimate. We had an entire A/C system replaced and are pleased with the work and results. Would definitely recommend giving them a call for your HVAC needs.
