Great experience. On time, professional and got us up and running quickly!

Eric diagnosed and repaired a non-operating air conditioning unit which had already been worked on by two previous hvac repair people, one of which said its repair would be over $1,600. Eric correctly diagnosed and reconnected a loose thermostat wire for just the cost of service call. This is the difference between a repair professional and a incompetent ‘poser’, an over a $1,500 difference. Don’t get ripped off by other HVAC companies.

Eric did a great job! Scheduling the appointment was easy and the communication was perfect. They showed up exactly as promised and fixed the problem which was a bad capacitor.

I'm delighted with this business. The ladies at the office set the appointment, Eric showed up right after the earliest time and he called ahead. He was very professional, and solved the problem within 5 minutes. He gave me choices that other companies might not have offered, which I really appreciate. I'll call All Cool next time I need help, and specifically ask for Eric. Excellent overall experience.

Just had Jason do our spring ac check. Took his time to check everything and didn’t rush through it like some do. This company is reliable and trustworthy. They seem to pick good techs , we are very happy with their service.

My appointment was scheduled quickly and the service team arrived on time. I had numerous AC issues and multiple units. All my options were explained to me in an professional and calm manner. I am very happy with the service teams that came to my home. All the repairs and installations were done correctly and timely. They are also neat! - which I appreciated. :)

Justin was our tech. Super nice guy. Recommended an upgrade to make sure we avoid future issues in case there are any mishaps. Was not a necessary device but better safe than sorry. The heat in Texas can be taxing on any AC unit. They came out the same day we called. Very professional. I would recommend these guys.

These guys did a great job on installing a new entire heat and AC system at my home. They were professional from the first meeting for a bid all the way until the installers walked out our front door after they were finished. Everything was nice and clean too!!! They were here two days to install and were always on time and worked diligently the entire time. I would highly recommend this company!! I love customer service and we got it!!!!

Contacted All Cool AC with a concern about a noise my outside unit was making. Service man was dispatched and responded very quickly to my call. He was very prompt and professional as he evaluated my description of the problem. He completed his testing and provided me with an explanation of what was likely happening when I heard what concerned me. Offered me an option to install on my system to prevent a recurrence. Very happy and satisfied with the professional prompt response.
