All Cool A/C & Heating

The team at All Out A/C replaced our upstairs coil and outside condenser unit. Cody came out first and inspected the old unit and went up into an incredibly hot attic to check out the coil. He had an estimate to me that day and the install was scheduled for 2 days later. The installation team led by Michael was on time and got started right away. They were finished ahead of schedule, completely cleaned up and hauled away the old materials. I was very happy with the entire process and will definitely use them again in the future.

Eric P came to repair our AC today. I had a call beforehand telling me his ETA (which is great and very considerate). Eric was very polite, personable, and let me ask as many questions as I needed to ask. He even helped me to program the thermostat. The fix was extremely reasonable and because we have the Comfort Plan, it was discounted. This company has always been fair with us. I am now sitting in my cool house. ❤️

Called their technicians for a second opinion after being told I would likely need to change my A/C system. Hoping that there might be a simpler and less expensive solution, I described our issues and was told by the All Out technician that unfortunately they agreed with the first opinion.

The All Out people were recommended highly by colleagues of mine, and though they had nothing to gain by giving me their (free) opinion, they went ahead and gave excellent customer service free of charge. Cody personally took care of me while taking care of his family, and I appreciated his obvious honesty and dedication to customer service. If I ever have issues with my AC again, I would have no hesitation in using their service and will recommend them to others.

This AC company is the best! Super professional, was on time and completed the job when the said they would. I had a new system with new drain put in the attic and new duct work, as well as some other things they fixed and brought up to code at no additional charge that the previous contractors failed to do. They actually go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. They know what they are doing, no hidden fees, not trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. Very honest company and I highly recommend them. They are not trying to rip you off. They treated my home like it was there’s, cleaned up all the debris from the job before they left. And to top it all off they sent me a thank you card with a very tasty gift to thank me for hiring them to do the job! Very nice touch! Thank you All Out A/C and Heating!

Great service! I got several quotes for a new a/c system, and their professionalism was unmatched - they listened to what my needs were and did not try to upsell me like other quotes did. They were in line with the lowest quote I received, so I was thrilled to be able to use them. Their installers were friendly and efficient, and left my home spotless when they wrapped up the job. Highly recommend!

Eric was on time, courteous and quick in his assessment and repair. He answered all my questions and so far the repair has been working well. I like that he took the time to also explain the recommend items for my units and how they could improve the longevity of my units. I haven't had those items done yet but if I decide to I willl have All out come back and do the work.

We recently had a new full AC and heating system put in our home. Cody from All Out came to our house to review our needs and give us a solid quote. His quote was competitive and very thorough including many improvements and small touches that others did not note. Before arriving we got a call from Cody to let us know the crew would be arriving within the half hour. It was a 2 day job and when they left the house after each day you would never know they had been there, clean as they found it. They completed the work on time and as described and expected.The equipment looks and works great. Cody came by a few days after installation to make sure we were happy and to arrange for his foreman to come by in another week to look things over and make any adjustments that we want. Hopefully we will not need a full new system for a long long time but any AC/Heating work we do need will go to All Out AC and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

Cody Bellamy was wonderful to work on helping me make the huge decision of who to go with for a new a/c / entire new HVAC system. He gave me a checklist to compare to other companies to be sure they were going to provide the same installation services as All Out A/C & Heating. I talked to two other companies, one lower & one higher. But I also talked to a company I had worked with for 10 years, that said it sounded like THE BEST DEAL was coming from Cody. The install was done 48 hours later (my request for a 24 hour delay.). They arrived by 8:30 that morning & were finished, & everything was cleaned up by 3:45 that afternoon & the a/c was running! (temp outside was 98°). It was 72° inside by about 10.

I’d dealt with them for about three years prior (Eric is my man) & we hoped to make it through the summer. Alas, the first 100° temp this summer did it in. Now, I know this won’t be the case for all people, but my electric usage did go down. July (got ac in middle of July) 1706 kWh, August - 1491 kWh, Sept - 1073 kWh. And I keep my house @ 72° all summer.

I could give a higher recommend to All Out A/C & Heating. Their service before the sale was exceptional, the sale was exceptional, I have no reason to think if I need service after the sale it would be anything less.

2 1/2 years ago we had All out install 2 new HVAC units, new duct work and all. They did a great job! Very clean and kept us completely informed during the entire process. I have had them back today to unclog one of the drain lines to a unit and they completed this with the same professionalism! They have worked on my sons home too. I highly recommend them.
