Terry's A/C & Heating

Technician came out to my house and after diagnosing, advised that my house was receiving too much power and to contact my utility provider. CenterPoint came out and checked everything and stated all was good. Called another company same day and they were able to fix the issue and my AC. Service fee with Terry’s was a little higher than other companies but not too much. However, they also charged additional fee for the time it took to diagnosed which I thought would’ve been included in the service fee. Total for just diagnosing issue was 144. Technician at Terry’s was friendly but just couldn’t seem to find the right issue to fix.

We had one of our outdoor units fail that cooled the upstairs. We had company staying at our house and it was hot upstairs to sleep. I called the home warranty company to fix it but after four days their AC service vendor still had not solved our problem and they would not answer my calls. I called Terry’s AC from a referral. Rob was able to source a replacement fan motor that same day and he came over and installed it that evening. Our guests could now sleep comfortably upstairs. In the future, I will call Terry’s for all of my HVAC needs.

As usual, Terry's was o time and on spot. fixed the problem and gave us some heads up about the future. Super polite and trustworthy, I would recommend them to everyone!

Both Kenney and Rob were very professional and courteous in determining the issues with our church's AC. They gave prompt service and were able to determine why our units were not cooling.
