All Cool A/C & Heating

I’m a realtor and need to provide my clients good contacts for contractors and service providers. I had an excellent experience with All Cool and with Eric the technician. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the company was professional, quick to get an appointment set up and the communication was great. I rarely give reviews but the service with All Cool exceeded my expectations along with my clients. I will be using their services for myself and will highly recommend them to my clients.

Came the day after the problem was reported, diagnosed the issue but had to wait for parts from a warehouse - which after 2 days of no A/C, turned out to be the wrong part and the correct one was only 30 minutes away. Once the part was available, repairs were effected immediately and to great satisfaction.

I had a problem with my A/C unit where the air would blow inside the house even though the unit outside was not running. I called to have someone to come check out the system for me and was able to get a technician within the same day. The tech (Eric) was very prompt and professional during the service and diagnostics and answered every inquiry I had regarding my unit. Eric even took his time to call the company that provided my unit to check if the parts were still covered under warranty, to which it was. I ended up just needing to replace a fan, and since the cost of labor was reasonable and because Eric was so knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions regarding maintenance, I also decided to pay for a membership with All Cool. A tech is supposed to come out to install the new part tomorrow, but I trust that they will do quality work based on my communication with the company and how long the business has been going. I definitely got reassurance and a peace of mind going forward and would recommend this business.

Justin, who came out to diagnose AC issue was great! He explained everything and answered all my questions. He even left me know about a small leak in my roof and went beyond what he was here to do by taking a bucket back up in the attic so the water wouldn’t end up on the insulation and cause damage. He was very professional, considerate, friendly - just a very nice man. Even gave me his cell number in case I had any other questions. The office staff was professional and easy to work with. They scheduled as to when it worked for me. The installation crew was professional and friendly as well. I am pleased with working with All Cool AC and would use them again.

Technician (Eric)arrived as scheduled. Very friendly. Checked and clean both systems in attic and outside in a timely manner. Also took the time to answer all my questions regarding a couple maintenance issues and duct cleaning.

All Cool is very professional and attentive to their customers. I called All Cool & got service the same day! Exactly on time with a curiosity call to let me know they were on their way! Justin checked my AC , saw the problem & fixed it thoroughly. He even went the extra mile to check another issue , providing me peace of mind in the middle of summer! Polite & professional. They’re not trying to sell you anything you don’t need. I’ve been using them for 3+ years now . Excellent customer service! All Cool is the only AC service for my home!

Eric and Shane were scheduled to address my non-functioning AC with a mid-morning appointment. They finished a prior job and called and asked to come early. They quickly diagnosed the problems and offered several options including a reasonably priced repair (unlike the original installer). This is my first experience with All Cool AC & Heating. Their promptness, professionalism, and pricing made for a very positive outcome!

Derek was on time, professional, and took 30 mins or less to repair our ac unit. He arrived 20 mins after I scheduled. Very satisfied and would definitely use All Cool again.
