I used this company to perform my 1st HVAC biannual maintenance on this home. The technician Kenny was very knowledgeable, did a great job, and price was fair. I'll be using them from now on.

I had a drip coming out of my outdoor vent. I called All Cool and they were able to come out quickly. Determine the problem that my coil had a leak. They discuss the options with me and I chose replace will need to be replaced and they were able to come the next day, install the new equipment so everything is working well now.

Highly recommend All Cool A/C & Heating. My a/c went out Thursday night! They had a technician out first thing Friday morning to assess the situation. Figured out my inside unit in the attic needed to be replaced. They had a team out by Saturday morning that quickly removed old unit and installed new unit...in and out with no troubles. Friendly, informative, and not overly-chatty. Great job!

We had Eric pro from our cool AC and heating come out to double check inspectors highlighted problems and one hour AC and its review and Eric was able to solve problems that did not require significant labor and required no new parts unlike their competition. He’s very honest very patient and a real straight shooter and obviously experienced. It wasn’t me who paid for his work but I felt compelled to leave a excellent review anyhow. If I stay in the area I will definitely use Eric and his company all cool.

We have a single stage unit and we had used another company to service our needs. When our system was struggling and we needed new damper motors the other company arrived and informed me because we had a single stage unit they refused to work on it and we needed to replace our system. When I inquired how much that would cost, I was quoted 25,000 dollars. I declined and called All Cool. Cody, assisted me and advised they could take care of the system and that 25,000 was double what replacement should cost. that was last year... the All Cool team showed up and replaced the damper motors.
Roll ahead to this year and the system now 15 years old was not cooling. Mike arrived, topped up the freon (for those of you that are not aware AC units DO NOT evaporate the refrigerant, if you are losing it, you have a leak which can be repaired but that will only buy you a little time... Replacing the unit is where you will end up.) Mike provided us options to replace our unit. Working with Cody and his guidance we settled on a unit and booked the install. Mike and team arrived at 9 AM to install the unit. The team was very professional, did an outstanding job and were done by 3:30 and left the house like they were never here.
The new unit is so efficient, we no longer have hot and cold spots in the house and in fact keep adjusting the thermostat upward because the house is too cool, even in these 100 degree temperatures.
All Cool is an awesome company and professional.. would highly recommend them to any one...

What you will find here is no high pressure sales, no BS , just great people that know what customer services means. The mean what they say and back it up when they show up at your door.
