My AC went out on one of the hottest days this summer. To my surprise, All Cool was able to get me in that day! Eric, the technician, showed up early and had my AC cooling within 20 minutes! He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
Justin came out to perform an annual inspection that I had requested. He did a great job explaining any issues that he found and outlined future potential problems. He answered all of my questions about potential options and services. I received an estimate of the work that I was asking about and I think that the pricing is more than fair. I’ll be using this company for my HVAC needs.
My AC system was broken in June, and after searching around on google. Luckily, I made the right decision to contact All Cool A/C & Heating, after a quick discussion, Cody came to my house to check up on my AC. He gave me a few options to choose from. What I liked about him was he was not forcing me to choose this option or that option like any other companies which makes me feel very comfortable. After the installation, nothing has happened since then. So I highly recommend this service if you need to get your AC fixed. The only reason I gave 4-star is because I've asked for my receipt after the work was done several times, but no response until now.
This was a couple of months ago during the heat of summer.
My infant son's room was consistently 3-4 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not only that, in order to try and stabilize his room I would crank the AC down but it would take HOURS to drop the temperature upstairs even 1 degree. I was constantly worrying about him and did not know if this situation was normal. Gave All Cool A/C a call, was informed that no, this was not normal and it indicated a problem somewhere, so the technicians came out to check my system. They concluded the cause was from accumulated debris in the outside unit. Gave it a hose down and went on their way. The problem, unfortunately, did not.
I called the next day and told them the room was still running warm and the upstairs was still not cooling down. All Cool sent out (unsure of the correct title but for lack of a better word we'll say)a manager. He went through my system quite thoroughly compared to the first visit and after some time told me that my system board had a bug in it's performance that was not allowing the fan to blow above 30% speed. He told me he forced a bypass to allow it to blow to max capacity. He explained to me his method would be a "fix" but would negate some aspects of the zone control from the System
Very professionally he explained my options of replacing the board or leaving it how he fixed it. He gave the pros and cons of the options. He gave the pricing (hundreds of dollars to replace the board). He apologized that they missed it the first time and would of course not charge me again for this follow up visit. I decided to let it be and if something went wrong I would give them another call. Since then my son's room has been consistent with the rest of the house and the upstairs cools down within 30-40 minutes
Let's be honest. I would have loved for them to fix it the first go around. I trust it is not common place as the first technician seemed fairly young. But the reality is that people and organizations make mistakes (especially when one is learning). How a person/company responds gives us insight into the true character. For their willingness to own the miss, working hard to correct it and regain my trust, and giving me detailed answers for my dozens of questions I give All Cool A/C & Heating 5 stars.

Called the answering service and got a call back shortly after 8am the next morning. Eric and Roger came out the next day an hour earlier than scheduled and were a pleasure to work with! It’s no fun having such a large unexpected repair come up but they made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision in picking a new unit and getting the best service. The next day the installation crew was here bright and early, on a Saturday, no less! They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t even tell they had been here except that my house is now cool again! Top notch work and top notch customer service. Thank you!
Excellent experience with All Cool! People were professional, respected my home and covered all the concerns I had. They were on time, did a clean and professional install. They re-did many of the connections, added safeguards and improved the structure as well as added better equipment than I had. They tested all the workings an even came back for a follow-up in the first few days. Re-inspected their work and made adjustments. The system and the work are fantastic! Much quieter and more effective than what was originally here! Very pleased I chose All Cool and am confident in their work. I would recommend them highly!
All Cool A/C was fantastic from start to finish. From presenting what they had to offer to scheduling a date and then installing it (and they were done an hour earlier than expected). The 17 Seer 2-Stage Ruud unit I selected works great, I love the wireless feature and that I can control it from my phone. Their financing was the best of the 5 companies that I interviewed, as well as it being the best price and value. I highly recommend them!

Their staff is very friendly and their service techs are professional, non-invasive, and ensure that all of your questions are answered before they leave. I called All Cool for a summer tune up. Even though it was just a tune up, they were quick to get me scheduled and they were right on time. The Tech seemed very knowledgable and gave great advice to keep my system working at optimal levels. I am confident that should I ever need emergency services, they will be fast to act. I signed up for their year membership which includes a spring and fall tune up, can't beat the value! You should def. give them a call for your AC needs!
We called All Cool for a second opinion after our previous service provider/installation company told us our 10 year old system needed to be replaced. A friend had recommended All Cool in the past, so we had them out. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and he followed distancing protocol as well. In about 30 minutes he told us the system is perfectly fine and does not need to be replaced now. The apparent rust that indicated the coils were "rotten and about to fail" were from screws that were not anodized when it was assembled. This saved us a tremendous amount of money that the former company wanted to replace everything except the duct work. Since this was for a second opinion, there was no service charge either. You can’t ask for a better deal than this. We will cancel our service contact weigh the old company and we signed up for one with All Cool.
