Woke up to AC not working properly. Called company and was advised someone would let me know when tech was available. Was given a follow up call within a hour advising tech would be out a little later. Hour later received a call from tech who performed diagnostic and fixed issue within 30 minutes of arrival. Extremely quick service. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Our doorbell stopped working and since the house is still under warranty, the builder sent L&as to do the repair. The service was great, very nice and courteous. Although it took a couple of trips since the doorbell had to be ordered, bottom line is L&S got the work done.

This company is amazing! They fixed my problem asap! Luis was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Im so thankful for the quick response and the quality of service this company provides. Thank you!

We have had a few issues with plumbing in our new construction and every time we have reached out to L&S plumbing we have been nothing but satisfied. Lee has been our regular service guy and he is patient, friendly, and understanding. He takes a minute to explain things to us that we have questions on. We are out of our builder warranty now, but will continue to reach out to L&S for future issues. Strongly recommend using them.

She quickly diagnosed a bad GFCI outlet and had a new one in place and everything working well in record time!

Amanda was great with a quick troubleshooting to find and fix the issue. She is a great professional and an electrician expert. She is friendly too.

George was extremely helpful. He was friendly (even though it was 10:00pm on a Thursday night) and very professional. He had my issue fixed within minutes. I really appreciate him coming out late so I could have hot water in my showers!

Jason did a great job on the repair of my heating system. He was very knowledgeable about the system and kept me informed on the progress.. He found problems in the system and after each one was resolved he didn't say it was fixed and walk away. He continued to ensure that everything was checked and found a major problem in the gas line that was something that normally never happens. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and his company.

Both Vijay and Amanda have come to our house to fix things. Both are very friendly and quick to fix the issue. They also were both great at communicating when they would be arriving and gave plenty of lead time in case they were able to come earlier than scheduled. Amanda moved our master bedroom light switches after the builder put them on the wrong side of the room (and behind the door). Vijay fixed our main floor 1/2 bath that had lighting issues. I would be happy to have either of them out again to help if any issues come up in the future!

Note: I can't speak to the value as our issues happened while still under warranty so we did not have to pay.
