Vijay was tasked with troubleshooting and repairing another company’s work- he fixed the light and fan issue, explained the issue and even took the time to write directions to sync the system if we have a power failure. Wow!

Joseph Gephart did a really good job repairing my water leak in the shower and he also noticed a few other plumbing issues at my house and went above the call of duty to fix them. He is a very nice person and makes you feel that he really cares about you and wants to help.

Jonathon Teed went above and beyond for my family. I was going through a family crisis and he was understanding and didn't rush and just reschedule like most do when you don't jump cause things came up. Thanks to him our AC was still fixed in a timely manner. He was nice, compassionate and completely knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs AC help.

They were great! Rich was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly and cost effectively. I’ve run into other HVAC companies that are clearly just trying to sell you a new system, and L&S has been great about not being pushy sales-people. 10/10, would recommend.

When he was finished, he clearly explained the issues found and what he did to repair things, as well as what the next steps would be.
