L&S Mechanical

L&S Mechanical was contacted by my builder to provide replacement parts for the commodes in our new home. The company scheduled the replacement and provided a date and window of time for the service. Roberto was dispatched for the job. He called the day of service to advise he was on his way... Arrived promptly and quickly completed his tasks. He was professional and personable. I was quite pleased with the entire process.

We got to town and the AC was not working. Hunter arrived within a couple of hours and replaced the thermostat. So thankful for the prompt service.

Vijay of L&S Mechanical came out to make good some of the sub standard work that the builder of our new home let through. He had a great attitude and made sure all of the issues were addressed and fixed. Based on this visit I would recommend L&S.

Ryan was very professional and took great care of all of our questions and concerns. Because of him alone and all his helpfulness I decided to do a year worth of maintenance service. He did an amazing job and both me and my wife were happy with his punctuality and actually listening to our concerns instead of just ignoring them like techs of the past. Above and beyond.

This is the second time that Jorge Serrano has been to my house regarding service. The very first time it was an amazing experience because he is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. You don't get good customer service like this. I called L & S mechanical again and Jorge was the representative that returned. The second experience was just as amazing as if not even more amazing than the first. I would recommend this service to anyone just based off of great customer service and knowledge which is very hard to find!!!!!!

Gilbert was friendly and professional. He was able to take care of the issue quickly and also have great advice on a issue that just happened to pop up this week. Great guy all around and we appreciate his work.

We’ve always been satisfied with their services (electrical, HVAC, and plumbing). They are prompt, professional, and respectful. Today we had electric issues early in the morning, they responded to my message, sent the electrician (Chad Warner), and solved the problem for us (even though it was not caused by them) so we can get the power back and start our work for the day. We are in the new construction area, they coordinated with our home warranty very well and was very good with customer service. L&S Mechanical have great staff to provide professional services and we really appreciate their support.

Excellent experience. Luis was technically efficient as well as customer friendly. Not only did he resolve the issue with my lights not working in the kitchen but he also went the extra mile and checked the problem with the circuits in my garage that kept tripping. Finally, he installed the USB device that was sent in the mail by L&S some months ago. He also gave me the model number for the replacement lights in the kitchen. Again, excellent job.... excellent worker!!!
