LEE was professional, prompt and listen to the issue I was experiencing. He went far beyond by calling to see what the issue was before with my tankless hot water heater. The system running quietly with no popping.

Harold came out and did a thorough check on my system. He was able to identify the issue fairly quickly and provided me with solutions. I tried the solution he provided after he did his work on my system and within an hour my system was working. He came back and made sure everything was working effectively the next day. I could not be happier with his service.

L&S has come out twice and provided great services. Joseph was our technician both times and he was AWESOME. Super helpful and patient and went beyond his job by helping me move some furniture back after he finished fixing our water heater. Also talked me through the process so I understood what exactly he was fixing and why. AND he gave really helpful suggestions regarding water heater and even HVAC use.

Very professional and thorough. Appreciated the heads-up text to let me know he was 30mins away from ETA. Upon arrival, he asked what’s going on and asked to show around what was going on. He listened attentively to all concerns & Answered all questions accordingly.
