Cool Experts did an excellent job of removing my old, broken down system and installing a completely new system. I also had to have my Electrical panel updated and they handled everything with the sub contractor and everything went smoothly. They sub did a fantastic job, as well. They also installed a new thermostat, and all new duct work. Everything is working perfectly and my house is nice & cool. The techs were punctual, professional and polite and left my home exactly how they found it. Just Outstanding service, they really went above & beyond for me. I am beyond pleased & HIGHLY recommend Cool EXPERTS!!

Very excellent experience with cool experts there name is true they are expert in there craft. Very professional installers they came at 8am and done by noon for the whole AC system. They cleaned up after the job. I also did some shopping around cool experts had the best deal

They have not completed my repair yet but I am so satisfied I am putting in a review now. I submitted, through Thimbtak, a request for quotes to repair my AC system, it’s not working due to a Freon leak. Not only did they call me within 5 minutes after submitting the request but they had a tech out to me in less than an hour and a half, DURING DFW RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC! Tech was extremely professional and curteous! Stayed for 2 hours, until 9 pm trying to locate the issue. He hasn’t found the leak yet but will be back tomorrow and didn’t charge me anything for tonight. This company and the tech are absolutley amazing!!
