Dewy did a fantastic job. Speedy and paid attention to detail. He noticed the first new toilet he installed had a crack on the underside and was causing a leak. Luckily the shop is 5 minutes from our house so he went right away to get a new one. Once the replacement was installed he flushed it about 20 times to make sure no leaks. He was very timely and personable. L&S is the only company we use for electrical, plumbing and AC. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants it done right the first time. Thanks Dewy and thanks L&S.

Dewey did a great job fixing our toilet seat cover and the drain pipe under our sink. And he is very friendly and courteous! I highly recommend him!!

Dewey is an asset to your company! He is always friendly, handles the job quickly(when possible) and is very knowledgeable. It’s not fun to have repairs but it makes it easier when you have a tech like Dewey!

The water pressure unexpectedly dropped significantly in my kitchen this week. Dewy from L&S Mechanical called 30 mins prior to arriving (which I appreciated). Showed up right on time and assessed not only the kitchen but all the facets and sinks. He was able to identify that the pressure was low outside and made that adjustment first. Next he inspected all the shower heads & facets and made adjustments there as well - no water pressure issues now! All of this in less than 30 minutes. Dewy was extremely courteous and also explained what he was doing while he was making the repairs. I’d give Dewy 10 stars if I could. Went above and beyond!

minus zero rating. They don't know how to install a dishwasher in a new home-water all over the floor. And then my A/C went out on a brand new unit and it took them 12 hours to send a tech to fix it- 100 degrees outside-85 in my house. Totally unprofessional organization. And if I use a reputable company that I know and trust because L&S can't do their job, it voids my new home warranty. I would rather pay than deal with these idiots.

Jayson came out as planned & on time with notice. We discussed the issue with AC and he immediately knew how to resolve the problem. He took before and after pics so I could See what was wrong and what was fixed. No more gurgling noises, thank goodness! Thank you, Jayson!

The woman picking up the phone has been rude several times I called the company. I had a feeling as if she was an unhappy customer and I was the one who provided bad service
