L&S Mechanical

Our builder used L&S mechanical for HVAC. When ever I had trouble with the system during the warranty period -They were responsive and did great job in fixing it on time. Customer care is easy to reach and technician arrival time updates are good as well

Big project (mini split system and exhaust fan first time ever installation) even though they couldn't get the AC unit run by the end of the day, but they came back the next day to get job done nicely.
Happy with the service.

Chad came out due to some home warranty electrical issues. Chad was knowledgeable and fixed everything we needed fixed in a timely manner. Very professional and polite.

During a 5 day stretch of 100+ degrees in DFW, our AC went out! L&S did a great job procuring and then installing my new part in 24 hours!! Cesar G (our tech) did a great job!

Cesar is Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my stystem in a short period of time found the problem, took pictures and video of the problem to show me and order the parts needed, to fix the unit. I would highly recommend him.

Chad was so friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and helped me test the system after he fixed everything.

10/10 would NOT recommend this company. We moved into our brand new build in summer of 2020 and started out having HVAC issues, almost like we got a lemon of an AC. We had techs come out 6+ times and they never fixed the issue, only made it bearable. Fast forward to now, we are trying to sell our house and the inspector found the same issue and is requesting that it be fixed for the buyer. Come to find out, L&S noted our account that they will no longer come out to address this issue even though it was never fixed by them in the first place! Service has been absolutely awful and I would never purchase another house if anything was installed or serviced by them. DON'T DO IT.

Very quick, easy and efficient. He did an awesome job with not only realizing what was wrong with my ac unit but fixed it quickly!! Send him every time please!
