Professional, and friendly. No high pressure salesman, and was very informative. Great and and prompt service , I would definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friend.

I have used this company for my businesses. They have always been responsive and caring knowing we have infants in our center. Other companies have not been able to beat their price. They are honest. I have parents that work on AC and have backed up their diagnosis of issues. I have used them multiple times for Hippo Learning Station in Hutto. The office staff is also friendly and quick. I just used them for my Round Rock center Pathways. I just received the same quality of care, response, and professionalism as I have in the past. I highly recommend this company. I’m thankful that they help my kids all stay warm and cool!

Rolando and James were awesome! Everything was repaired and running within a short time, and gladly the unit did not have to be replaced yet! Had a AC problem, called them and they were able to come out same day. The technician (forgot his name) was incredible. He did an amazing job diagnosing the issue and explaining every step (I ask a lot of questions). He was professional the entire visit. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Expert Air delivered outstanding services on several occasions when other vendors had complex appointment routines and nonavailability of technicians. I have made them the Go To HVAC service for our family and after 20 years at my Texas address, I have not ever been as pleased with any company as I have been with them. They are professional, consistent and deliver to their promises. A top notch outfit for sure.

We've had the need for Expert's service twice so far. In both cases the arrived on time or early for their appointment. They made their inspection quickly, explained what needed doing and what the cost would be and ask for authorization before starting work. The problems were fixed, cost were reasonable.

Once through with the immediate problem the serviceman gave the whole system a brief check over and noted a couple of none urgent things to consider which that we will have changed at some point. I certainly recommend them.

After waiting all night for a competitor, I remembered that Expert Air had done good service for me a year or so ago. I called them, and they showed up promptly. After a night in Texas without AC they were a sight for sore eyes. They performed a minor, routine repair and my system was humming again. The biggest bonus to me was that my weekly energy usage, after a repair midway through the week, was down $33. Prompt friendly service techs and I'm saving money. I'd recommend Expert Air & Refrigeration to anyone.

I have used their service 4 times in 5 years. They are great. will work with you to solve your AC or heater problems. Prices are good. They are always on time and when you call, they have history of your problems on computer so you don't have to go into detail every time you call.. Very courteous and friendly. Easy to deal with from office personnel and servicemen. A good point is senior discounts.

We recently scheduled some routine A/C service but we ran out of time. Our appointment was for Friday and the fan motor went out Wednesday night. We contacted Expert Air back and let them know about the fan motor. They came to our house the same day, after hours, and got our A/C system back going. They still came by on Friday and performed a basic check up on the system. We like keeping our business local and getting great service. That is exactly what Expert Air did for us.
