Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Called Milestone for plumbing concerns: main bathtub wasn’t putting out full flow and only cool/warm water. Chris Rivera came on time and displayed true professionalism in workmanship and recommendations. While he educated me on my home needs, there were a few things resulting in a return visit, but there were a lot of gains in having him as my service technician. Some things require further diagnostics, but he gave me his honesty, his drive in customer satisfaction, and mostly going above & beyond to help his customer. I was really impressed with his salesmanship as well….I’m now a Member and look forward to a long servicing relationship with Milestone. Thank you, Chris…good job!

We have consolidated all of our critical home-service providers from HVAC to plumbing and electricity into Milestone, simply because they do the best job and stand 100% behind their work. They show up on time, are impeccably courteous and sharp, communicate clearly and well, are trained to serve. Milestone is not the cheapest but as the old saying goes, skilled labor isn't cheap, and cheap labor isn't skilled. You get what you pay for. And when you pay for Milestone they deliver above and beyond every time.

The customer service with Milestone is top notch. Tech came out and assessed the situation quickly as well as physically showing me the issues. Install of the entire system was fast and done perfectly. They exceeded my expectations and my family will be using them for years to come.

Jose did a great job. He unfortunately showed 40 minutes after window of time promised. That being said he did a complete and thorough job on our system. He had to go get unexpected parts to install. Total time on our call was 11:40 to a little past 5pm. At the end all questions were answered and system was working properly.
Kudos are deserved.

Milestone provides great service. I’ve used them for years. They’re always on time. I get a picture of the technician before they arrive so I never have to worry who is at my door. They work quick and thoroughly. They cover their feet and leave the house without any mess. They keep me informed throughout and leave everything in writing. I highly recommend their work.

Kenneth was quick, efficient and professional! They installed our Tesla charger and had to add to our breaker box. They communicated well with their manager and got us the best pricing possible. And his apprentice was fabulous! She even helped me with my dog after they finished! Thank you! I would highly recommend them and will continue to use Milestone again and again!

Milestone was excellent. Same day service done by afternoon. Knowledgeable and personable. Fixed and corrected extensive electrical work throughout the house and changed and hung new lighting features. Great to work with. Highly recommend this group. We will use them again for any future needs.

Felt they were honest and fair. Gave me relevant information and didn’t rush me into make a decision right away. Our home is 7 years old. So we understand some things are going to come up. Johnnie and his team member were extremely professional.
