Jon came out to our house to evaluate our water system for installation of a whole house, water treatment and filtration system. He was very detailed in his evaluation of our existing system. He pointed out some important corrections that we should consider and he provided a thorough and clear estimate for what a water treatment system would cost. Overall, I am always impressed by Milestone and their employees. This is a top-notch company. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them.

I want to say that Luke is one of the most professional AC technicians I have ever witnessed in my 62 years of life. He has a calm, pleasant attitude, that every a C technician should emulate. Luke goes on and beyond the call of duty. There is no tears to Great for Luke. as a retired US Army first sergeant, and business owner I highly recommend Luke for any AC challenges. Ensure you ask for him by name Luke Williams. I assure you you won’t regret the services he performs in a timely and Professional manner. My experience with milestone has been great.

Tommy Price is a phenomenal electrician. He was able to assist me with installing 2 ceiling fans. He's very knowledgeable & fast, not to mention he has a very positive attitude. Tommy was as amazing with my huskies, they loved him. Milestone is very fortunate to have Tommy as part of their team he delivers impeccable service & is an asset to their company.

Had a great experience with Milestone - they sent out Michael Conner who really knew his stuff. He quickly found the electrical problem, and even pointed out a few safety issues I hadn't noticed. Their team was good at keeping me updated and Michael showed up right when they said he would. All in all, I'm really happy with the work and would definitely recommend Milestone if you need a dependable hand with your electrical issues.

They both came yesterday to do my annual electrical safety check. You will get text alert and photo of the service technician before they arrive. They both wore the shoe cover to be respectful of the home cleanliness.
They both were professional and very delightful to work with. Shawn presented a thorough summary of the safety check and recommended giving me hand written options to update some of the electrical units or system with no pressure. They resolved a loose switch in my kids bathroom and replaced bulbs in my garage.

Two old blown breaker panels, replaced with code compliant main and sub panel, dedicated outside shutoff, whole house surge protector, circuit mini-split direct wiring in 8 hours? Yeah they did that. I needed some questionable pergola wiring replaced. Steven was able to assess the existing setup, and then suggested and implemented a far better and safer solution that was customized to meet all of my needs, including current code requirements. He was attentive and courteous, worked quickly and professionally, and cleaned up completely when finished. Highest possible recommendation!

I was hesitant in calling Milestone, but after looking at their reviews, I decided to give them a call and that's where my experience began. The scheduler, Rebecca, listened attentively as I explained that I had a toilet leak in my upstairs guest bedroom which leaked into the kitchen below. She assured me that a technician would be out at 8am and would take assess my situation and take good care of me. Sure enough, Rick showed up at 8 am and, as promised, took good care of me. After showing him the problem, he took his time to look over everything to determine what course of action to take and then proceeded to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and knew exactly how to resolve and fix the problem. His extensive knowledge of plumbing issues and experience put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with the service Milestone was providing. I have to give kudos to Brian and Jon who repaired the leaks and they took as much care with their repair as Rick did assessing the issue. They checked and double checked their work and made sure I was satisfied with the repair and left my bathroom looking clean. I highly recommend Milestone and even signed up for their Milestone Advantage Plan, so all I can say is that if you are in need of any plumbing repairs, do not hesitate to give them a call and you will be glad you did! Luke was great. They came out same day when my AC was leaking through the ceiling. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Great recap including a video! Will definitely request him next time.

Carlos did a great job and was incredibly helpful. Milestone was able to get a technician out same day and resolve our AC issue. Carlos was full of knowledge and incredibly friendly (even with our dog!). Will definitely be using them again!
