Shan came out today and did a great job for us. We had some cabinet lighting that was not working and he was able to quickly find the source of the problem and give us options for a fix. Pricing is reasonable and he will be back out with new lights in just two days! We appreciate the speed of service from the time of our call this morning, and Shan’s professionalism. We will definitely call Milestone for any repair needs in the future. Thank you!

I called Milestone this morning in distress due to a hot water heater leak in my attic that was causing the dining room ceiling on the first floor to drip water onto my hardwood floors. They had someone out to me with 2.5 hours. The level of knowledge and professionalism the tech showed out me at ease quickly. They addressed the issue and had us back in the game within 45 minutes.

My original appointment was 2-5PM, they called and said they could have someone there by 12:30. Dillon showed up on time and very respectful. Took care to cover his shoes to inspect the leak. He was very clear about the service and dispatch fees before he started the repair. Handled the repair with great efficiency and cleaned up any mess he made along the way. Will use Milestone again and I will ask for Dillon.

Wayne do the electrical work? He installed a ceiling fan or a bathroom fan light and fixture in my bathroom. He always does an outstanding job. I like the way he works. He don’t lollygag. He don’t pull no punches. He’s a straight shooter. That’s why I haven’t come out all the time he’s the only one that comes to my house doing electrical work and I’m very good that you guys have him. You should be proud of him. He’s an outstanding worker and a hard worker. He needs all the praises and everything he can get because he deserves it for everything he does for y’all. Chris is an ace. His installation team, George and Chase, were like ninjas--they were quiet and left no trace of their presence. We had received two new toilets through the city of Dallas low flow toilet replacement program and needed them to be installed. Chris estimated the job mid morning and both toilets were replaced by mid afternoon. I will be honest. It wasn't cheap. But these guys are not contractor cowboys (all hat and no cattle), and we had talked to a bunch of those types of folks prior to calling Milestone. My friend who recommended mile stone said they're spendy, but you get what you pay for. They included brand new valve lines with quarter turn shut offs and they asked whether they should caulk around the bases of the toilets or not, and if so, what color caulking we preferred. They took away the old toilets and all of the packaging from the new ones. We didn't have to do anything except be thrilled that we have two new toilets that actually flush.
