Technician was fast and accurate In diagnosing the issue. Even confirmed the at home steps I attempted, and how far it was safe to go before calling the pro on my fuse box. Fixed my issue and didn't upsell me on needless service. Saved me money at the end of the day - very fond regards!

I truly appreciate it when repairmen take the time to explain the issue and offer a solution that will not only fix the issue but also make it better for the future. Michael came just to make sure my system was ready for the hot texas heat and found out why the air conditioning was not cooling to the expected level. For two years, other repair people were telling me I needed to add coolant and I paid for that service. That never was the issue. I needed a part on my outside unit that had failed. Milestone diagnosed that problem and provided the right solution. From now on, milestone will be my first choice. Always!
