Rafael did a great job. He took time to inspect & make sure everything was running well. He found the battery needed replacing & did that for us too. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in layman's terms. Thank you, Rafael!

The technician was on time, v did a through evaluation of the white system, figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Was there quite a long time and made some other suggestions but did not pressure me into any of them. The part that was replaced was quite expensive and would have been a lot cheaper had I gone and bought it but I didn't have the time to do it myself so overall I can't complain. I would use Milestone again.

Jesus Sanchez was an amazing technician! He did such a great job explaining what’s going on and what led to the issues! 10/10 would recommend this company! If we have any draining issues in the future (in which I hope we don’t 😅) my family and I would love to see Jesus Sanchez again!

I cannot express how professional, thorough, and all around amazing Milestone was. I took 4 quotes, and they weren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in life. They went SO far and above and exceeded every expectation on how they treated the house, rolling out carpets and cleaning up, extra work being done, every part of it. I’ve used Milestone for my yearly a/c servicing. When I had an issue 2 months later, they came out, fixed the problem with no charge. My technician was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend!

Alex and his partner backfilled the hole once it was inspected. He kept us updated on the status before and after the inspector arrived. We are pleased with the service provided.
