Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Justin was great. Very professional and should be an ambassador for Milestone. Justin explained everything up front, we agreed on a plan and then he diagnosed the electrical issue and made the repair. In addition to making the repair he hooked me up for a garage door appointment.

I contacted Milestone, due to my former warranty company (American Homeshield) not being able to provide service for our a/c until 10 days in the Texas heat. Milestone provided stellar customer service and my experience with this company has been hands-down exceptional. I will definitely recommend this company to any family member or friend. I called Milestone on Monday regarding two clogged toilets. Milestone was able to send out Johnathan Almanza the next morning. Johnathan arrived at my home ready to troubleshoot the issue. Johnathan was attentive as I explained my plumbing concerns. After the consultation, Jonathan went straight to work. It was nice to be in the loop of things as the technician was working. Johnathan explained every detail from start to finish. At the end of service, I had two functional toilets working again. Thank you, Milestone, for sending such a well trained and very professional technician. My family is truly pleased with the service provided by Johnathan and Milestone.

I don’t normally leave positive reviews but felt compelled to, given the great service from Dayton Gallagher at Milestone Plumbing. He walked me through some frequent plumbing issues, so I feel better equipped to handle easy issues and identify bigger issues. A+

They installed our AC in ‘16 and have been nothing but professional and timely ever since. After 9 yrs the thermostat broke mid-summer; they were out same day for a fix and even under warranty. We’ve had them out for other electrical needs as well. This is not a low cost provider but their service and expertise is worth every penny and then some.

It is so comforting to have a tech that services your system, does a good health check, and then doesn't try to sell you a bridge along with it. Jacob was the best!

We had some workers installing wood floors and they nailed into an electrical line between two plugs. It took a while to figure out and they covered all of the bases to make sure that was the only issue. Caleb was very helpful and open with what he was doing. He made sure I understood what was going on.

I used the Electrician services - Scott was my Electrician and he was personable, kind, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was neat and cleaned his area where he worked and put everything back as he found it. Great service- Milestone is pricey seven hundred for air blower in bathroom , but you pay for what you get - warranty on services and top tier Electricians.

Brandon with Milestone was fantastic and professional in resolving our clogged kitchen sink. I tried every home remedy (chemical solvents, plunging and manually cleaning the P trap and all pvc I could disassemble to no avail). He was on time, thorough, upfront on pricing, and knowledgeable; quickly fixing the issue. Highly recommend!

Joshua and his manager were amazing. The actually LISTENED to our concerns and not only tried but were able to fix our repair we needed. Joshua empathized and asked us if we had kids (the only person that did) and truly understood our concerns/issues and wanted to help. His manager went above and beyond to help as well so Joshua could do that for us. They are saved us as customers with Milestone and we are so happy with their service today!
