Altruistic AC & Heating saved the day! We came home to find our AC not working and they arrived ahead of schedule at the end of the day. Their customer service was truly fantastic, both in scheduling and repairing. They even went the extra mile is making sure all components of my AC system was functioning at the right capacity.

I’m convinced after this experience that they will be my go to company to call and enter into a preventative maintenance agreement.

Luis did a fantastic job fixing the unit. He explained what was wrong with it and fixed it. What was awesome: he arrived on the same day the issue occurred and also contacted the manufacturer to check on the warranty and saved us money. I highly recommend this business.

Les, the owner of the company was very kind, when he offered to push the install of the new unit for an earlier day, the weekend in fact when I texted him, informing him that my old unit finally gave up the ghost. Ryan was thorough and courteous. He explained everything in detail and clarified how the system is setup to function best. He communicated clearly and was on time as well as extremely knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of an AC system. He was so awesome, I had to get a business card to share with friends who needs some AC help too. Ryan with support of his office team, fit us in on the fly and accommodated my schedule to ensure we weren’t stuck without AC in this heat.
