Altruistic AC & Heating

We've been using Altruistic for two years now, and they are always SO responsive, quick, detailed, and kind. I've been so happy with everyone who has come to work on our AC. Most recently, Les stopped by for an emergency fix, and went above and beyond to restore AC to us quickly on an extremely hot day. THANK YOU!

Always a pleasure working with this company - both front office and techs. Last couple of techs were extremely nice young men who were thorough, knowledgeable professional. Les and Gerardo kept us up-to-date regarding their arrival time, they wore shoe covers while in the house, they cleaned up after themselves, and even took away the old air filter. Les has serviced our system before and I plan on having him maintain our system for years to come. Les and Altruistic are incredible!

They were available the same day and Ryan was great at explaining what was wrong with my AC unit. He replaced the part on the spot and fixed the issue in less than an hour. I recommend Altruistic!

Laurie from the office is extremely communicative, they respond to emails, phone calls, and texts. Billing is fair and clear.

Les and his team at Altruistic A/C services are amazing! I have used them for both residential as well as business repairs and they have always done a great job! I highly recommend them for any A/C needs!

When the blower motor went out and the company that installed it blew me off and said it would be at least a week to get me one after making me wait the weekend with no heat and temps as low as 36 degrees at night. I then contacted Altruistic and they were not only able to get the part the same day with short notice, they came out and installed it, performed additional tests on the unit to make sure everything was good to go. Needless to say altruistic will be the first call from here on out.
