The service technician? That came to my house was very nice, polite, and cleaned up after himself. He was very efficient and was done quickly. Highly recommend this guy and business.
This was the only company that was able to send someone the same day. Jackson, our technician was great. He was knowledgeable, on time and very thorough with explaining the issues with our AC. We liked the company so much that we ended up signing for the yearly maintenance. I also like being Ble to book them online and getting a call and text before our appointment.

A realtor gave us their name, saying they used them for years. We were very happy with their responsiveness and they worked hard to make it work to come as early as possible even though they were booked for the day. They came, diagnosed the problem for our AC not cooling and replaced the thermostat and serviced our AC. Overall, we were very happy with the entire experience.

These guys are awesome! Our A/C broke down and Texas is heating up, but they came to the rescue in no time. The technician Michael was really cool and knew his stuff , he figured out the issue quickly and had our A/C blasting cold air again. It's working even better than before! I am really happy with the service received and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs their A/C fixed fast.

We have been working with Les and Altruistic for a few years now and they are always fantastic. In the Real Estate world, you have to have reliable vendors and you can always count on Altruistic for all proposals and inspections and they are always a great help when we need them.
On March 23 at 7pm, I noticed that my house felt warmer than usual, and that nothing seems to be coming out of the AC vent. By 9pm, it became quite unbearable and I contacted the company for support. They informed me to wait till 8am at first. Since I am on the yearly service membership plan, I asked if there is anyway they could let me talk to a technician, thinking that perhaps it is the thermostat or some sort of electrical malfunction. To my surprise, they actually tried to put in a 2 hour service call for me! By 11pm, they sent me a text apologizing that they could not get anyone but that they will put me on the list to be the first customer to service the next morning. As I have multiple meetings and schedule conflicts throughout the day, I was concerned that we would not be able to connect.
Rondel Dragon arrived in the morning, very patiently diagnosed the issue. He realized that I am on the membership program and that I had bought the AC from them. Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure to give me the proper discount and creatively proposed a solution to consolidate my upcoming maintenance visit along with this service visit. In addition, when he realized that I had to leave for an important appointment, he said that he would put in a request for the office to send a technician back in the afternoon. He very kindly assured me that they would take care of me that day. Sure enough, he returned and replaced the fan, making sure that I get the right part and the right price.
Rhonda Dragon is very honest, attentive and humble. He listens to my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable before taking off.
