Altruistic AC & Heating

My AC stopped working during this latest heat wave. I run my business from home and have lots of deadlines and meetings. I also have 2 big dogs, one is 13. So a heat wave with no AC was inconvenient and dangerous. I had a subscription from another heating and cooling place, and found out they don't even have an emergency line. Instead of getting priority service, I went into an "overflow" queue. They could not even give me a window when I could get help
A friend recommended Altruistic. I filled out the online form, checked that this was an emergency, and got a window for service. My technician (Ryan) came at the beginning of the window! He figured out the issue, showed me pics of what was going on, let me know my options, and got my AC going again. He was even kind to my old dog. :)

The AC Tech staff are a direct extension of the owner Les with the traits of a stand up guy, detailed and honest with supporting photo documentation to explain how your system is performing. A longterm satisfied customer.

On a recommendation, we called Altruistic for specs on a new HVAC system and ended up using them for the new product, the install, including vent installation and repairs, and blowing additional insulation into our attic. From start to finish everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and the work was excellent.

We called them yesterday afternoon about a drip coming from a ceiling vent and they fit us in this morning. Two of the guys from the original install came today. They quickly found and fixed the problem (nothing to do with the install; pre-dates our time in the house) and conducted the 6-month system maintenance while they were here. They were in and out in about 90 minutes and showed us pictures and discussed the details of everything they did along the way. We would highly recommend Altruistic and will continue using them ourselves!

Ryan was right on time and worked efficiently. He was very nice and friendly, and respectful of me and my property.

Ryan at Altruistic did a great job coming out as quickly as possible to inspect a system for my client. He did a great job explaining the needed items to get the system operating at it's best without it feeling like a doom and gloom situation which it wasn't. Gerardo did a fine job checking our furnace for function & safety! He also spent time answering my several questions very clearly and explained what he was doing as he worked. I definitely will keep Altruistic as my HVAC service provider.

Michael did a great job with the HVAC maintenance at my house. I think what I appreciate most is not only his professionalism and kindness but providing images of the work that was completed and/or things to keep an eye on in the future.

Gerardo was fantastic! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. We had a general check-up/tune-up done for the first time (new house built 4 years ago), learned a lot about our system, and had an additional overflow switch installed. Would recommend and will use again!
