Michael, from Altruistic, has been out to the house a couple times to service our AC unit. He is always on time, provides a thorough service, and takes the time to review all the work he has done. Would totally recommend.

Highly recommended. My AC unit went out last night, woke up miserable and sweaty. Called and got an appointment. Ryan was the technician sent out. He’s a wizard. The AC unit is working better than ever! I seriously can’t believe how cold my house is now. I need a hoodie!

Was recommended this company from a friend and her recommendation was spot on! We needed a second opinion because another big HVAC company in Austin told us we needed a whole new external AC condenser when they came out to check out a totally unrelated problem. Our AC is working fine and less than 5 years old. Anyways Altruistic came up and offered reasonable prices quotes on our original problem and reassured us our outside condenser was normal and didn’t need replacing. Luis was our technician and he was so professional, informative, thorough, and patient. He also was so friendly to our dog which means a lot!

Excellent service - Altruistic was all around great. Everything was friendly, professional, and generally pleasant (not something you'd think about AC service). The tech even took the time to explain some of the pieces of my HVAC system to me for future maintenance - I am impressed. I appreciated it, and I'm sticking with Altruistic AC & Heating from now on.

Friday night My mom’s house feels like a sauna, had a cooling problem on a few hot days...the AC was blowing hot air instead of cold. Saturday, a friend gave me Les company number, I called and replied was will be there tomorrow morning. I was surprised how quick the response was. Sunday he arrived so punctual. Les look at the unit describing the problem and fixed it before we even know it. He drained the AC line. Inspected the coils, switches and outside unit suggesting ways to prevent future problems. The house got cool very quick.
Les was very professional and knowledgeable of the situation and very helpful in solving the problem. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others. I am definitely scheduled a service for my house.
