When our A/C conked out on a Thursday afternoon, we figured that we wouldn't see anyone until Monday. Altruistic came through, though, with a a technician on site early the next day. He had the failed part identified and replaced in just 30 minutes, much to our relief. Ryan rocks!

I can’t begin to express how impressed I am with this company. They truly go above and beyond their already superior customer service to deliver a consciously-minded customer experience that surpasses any other contractors I have come across. Altruistic is prompt, reliable, and fairly priced. Prior to entering my home, they even took the extra conscious effort to put shoe coverings over their shoes— something I’ve had to ask many techs prior to entering my home. The tech took over an hour to diagnose and go over options of how I can approve air quality and ventilation efficiency, without a sales undertone that I hear frequently among other contractors, and a service that was included in my yearly membership. I have been so impressed that I’ve search for other contractors in other areas of home maintenance and improvement with similar values, however, I’ve still been unsuccessful with finding the same level of knowledge, mastery, and hospitality that Altruistic has generously shown me.
