The upstairs unit was not working! Master Air was pro t ing getting it fixed and back working correctly! We have used Master Air for years and are very satisfied with the job they do, I would Recomended them to any one need help with either air or heat problems!

Master Air came highly recommended by a family friend. Kevin and Joey were extremely professional and friendly. They didn’t try to over sell me on a system I didn’t need. We are very pleased with our new HVAC. Thank you Master Air!

After working 12 hours I get home to the wife and baby to find the AC has quit. Called masters who sent Dakota. He arrived very quickly and got us back up and running very quickly. He even looked into our warranty on our Ac which saved me some money. Did I mention this is all after 9pm, talk about taking care of your customers. I haven’t ever had to deal with this stuff before since this is my first home but be sure masters and Dakota are the only ones I’m gonna use from now on.

I contacted Master air because they were highly recommended by several of my neighbors. My air gave out and y'all know this Texas heat is no joke. Within fifteen minutes a tech was at my house. Dakota was professional and friendly. This young man loves what he does and it shows. I am thankful for my neighbors for the great recommendation and I am thankful for Dakota and the awesome service provided. Without hesitation I highly recommend Master Air.

I have used Master Air several times in the past. However, I will never use them again. My a/c went out and they told me that the board had to be replaced but were so very pushy and insistent on needing a new a/c unit. They were very polite but I feel so taken. I had another company, Family A/C, come out and he had the A/C working and cooling within 30 minutes. I called the manufacturer and they give me the number for Family because they are registered as a provider for their units. If Master Air doesn't know how to service certain units then they should say that up front. I almost spent the $10k on a unit. Thank goodness for the 2nd quote.

This Co. is the BEST. I called and they were right out. Joey gave me an HONEST evaluation. He said he needed to do some calling and he would get back with me. He called me right back and gave me a quote and we done business right over the phone. The installation crew was there when he said they would be & done a very nice & timely installation. Joey (the President of the Co.) came out after the installation and made sure that everything was O.K. before the payment was made. I will be using them for all future needs.

I called Master Air because my unit had not been serviced in a few years. We also had some power surges in our neighborhood and the unit was not operating properly. Their technician Dakota arrived within a couple of hours and went to work and fixed the problem. He instructed me on the repairs and went out of his way explaining the parts and functions.He was customer oriented, professional and courteous and we are very grateful.

We have been using Master Air for several years now to do our regular maintenance checks. They replaced one of our units a couple of years ago and just replaced the other unit last week. I could not be happier with their customer service and response times. Dakota was thorough and explained everything as we went through the process. I will continue to use them for all of our air conditioning needs.

I rarely write reviews, but Master Air is certainly deserving of this recommendation. The professional voices answering the phone, prompt service, and professionalism of Kevin and his team during our repair and eventual replacement of one of our units was exceptional. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. We will certainly keep Master Air as our HVAC company year-round! Have them come check out your entire system. They will tell you how to make your systems more efficient and effective! Update: 9/30/18. We recently replaced another unit in our home and we are amazed at how much cooler (and less humid) the air in our house is! And best news is that the recommended system is QUIET!!! What a joy to awake to birds chirping instead of the A/C clicking on/off! Thanks Master Air!

We called Master Air on Friday at 3pm and Joey was at our home that afternoon. We had our AC replaced by Saturday morning. Joey was extremely professional and helped us make an informed decision. The entire process was easy and we are so grateful! Our family highly recommends them!
