I have used Master Air for maintenance since my husband and I purchased our house in Pearland.
I have had to have them out now twice during the summer for my A/C going out and both times they are prompt and fix the problem with in a day or so, which is a must in the heat of summer.
This last time unfortunately my A/C needed to be replaced, the installers were out the next morning and we were cool by that afternoon.
I trust Master Air with my A/C needs!

Anthony was punctual, intelligent, and very professional while troubleshooting my system. He educated me on what the system was doing in the high temperatures of the day and how to handle it if it happens again. Thank you!!

I needed a "professional" evaluation and that is exactly what I got. Unfortunately most HVAC technicians and/or sales reps know just enough to get by. This young man knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and gave a sound, professional recommendation.

Technician was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He performed a full inspection of my heating and A/C systems and took the time to answer all of my questions. Will definitely call them again if I ever have any issues

The technician was prompt and on time. He was competent and knew exactly how to diagnose my problem. I contacted them after being told by another major company that my system was too old and too far gone to repair. The other company wanted over 8 grand to replace the whole unit. Master Air came in and in less than thirty minutes had my system running and preforming as it should. Hard to find a company these days who are honest and hard working. Can’t thank them enough. If you need your ac repaired, I would call this company without hesitation. They have a customer for life. A follow up is they have come and checked out the system they installed.
