I called to request someone to come look at our A/C which had stopped working- in August. The owner was at my house in less than half an hour. After trying something that could’ve been the problem, it was determined that we needed a new system. I felt like he took the time to explain to me what was going on, as well as our options for a new system. Although it was an expense we were hoping to avoid for a while, the financing terms offered were very fair and helpful.
The install team was able to come the next morning! They arrived on time, and then got to work immediately. They also covered to floor where they would be walking. The complete install took less than four hours, and then they were on their way! That was yesterday and our air conditioner is sending out nice, cold air! It’s running much less than our old system needed to run to not quite maintain temperature. They don’t charge until you’re satisfied and they’re done. A very ethical, fair business.

Master Air exceeded all of our expectations and did a phenomenal job. From the very beginning of getting honest and reliable quotes from Joey, he was very helpful and efficient with getting us taken care of. The technicians did an outstanding job on installing; my husband was thoroughly impressed by their work. Working with Master air was stress free and we are overall very impressed with this company.

Master Air responded so quickly and stayed in contact with updates on time of arrival. My husband and I advised the technician Joey of what our AC was doing and he knew the problem immediately. The technician that came was very friendly and professional. Excellent communication and they didn't give a 4 hour window of time to come! I'd definitely call them again. Came and diagnosed the problem and made the repair all before lunchtime.

Recently we have been having a ton of troubles with our shops AC unit and we have used someone else who would always charge us for thing that we "needed". On a recommendation we decided to give Master Air a try and we are beyond pleased that we did. Our tech Dakota McCraw was super professional, friendly, and efficient. We were in the middle of business hours and he was able to go up to the roof take a look at the issue and fix it. He was thorough in his description to us about what was happening and what our options were. We are excited that the problem was handled without fuss, and we highly recommend using Master Air for your business AC needs.

The absolute best. Do not even think about going to anywhere else in town. I had a small heat emergency and these guys were able to install a brand new furnace within 24 hours. The install was quick, the techs we're respectful, clean, and informative.

"Joey" took special care to sit down at my dining room and explain in detail exactly what the pros and cons of a repair or new system install were. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, and ultimately I'm glad that I did!

Master Air is simply sublime! It’s not the description I think one often associates with unexpected, expensive, disruptive issues like AC replacement and yet, they’ve certainly earned it. Joey led the charge related to our issue and I’ve got nothing but praise for him - he is knowledgeable, straightforward, thorough, responsive, pleasant, sincere, organized, professional, and much more. We KNEW we were in the best possible hands throughout the process! And they didn’t just finish and drop us either - we received personalized, timely and frankly exceptional follow-up too - NICE, Joey! Master Air truly practices what they preach and I unreservedly give them my highest recommendation.

Our air conditioner went out at 5:00 on a Sunday morning. Unsure what the problem was, we contacted Master Air and came out later that morning and assessed our air conditioning unit. The technician was warm and friendly and told us that we needed a new unit.

They came early the next morning to install the unit. The install was quick and before we knew it we had cold air again. A technician came back to check the unit and to ensure we had no issues. Around 7:00 that evening we realized the unit would not cut off. We called and they came back to address our concerns. They took the temperature inside and outside, rechecked the unit and checked our thermostat. I truly felt they took their time to make sure everything was in working order before he left.

This was our first time having to replace an AC unit and I am happy that we went with Master Air. They took great care of us and I would recommend them to anyone in need of AC repairs.

Master Air is quick to respond (my AC went out on a Sunday). Very professional lady on the phone. She took time to explain the payment options and set appointment. My tech , KEVIN IS FANTASTIC! ! He is professional and explained and showed me what the problem was, quoted a price, actually had the parts needed to fix it. And BAM.. AC is back on ! Hallelujah!

I've been a Master Air customer since I purchased my home nearly 20 years ago. I have never been disappointed with their service and honesty. For my latest service call I was having issues with both up- and downstairs units. I phoned the office at 8:30 AM and was advised by Courtney that Kevin could be at my house between then and 12 pm. He was there within an hour. While I had pretty good idea that I was going to need a new upstairs unit, Kevin got my downstairs unit up and running and the installers were back out first thing the following morning to install the new unit. Very happy with the product and service. I highly recommend Master Air and the team!
