Master Air had some very honest good reviews online so I booked with them for a no cooling problem. Upon calling them, Tom greeted me in a neighborly manner and heard the issues going on with my system and got me fit into the schedule due to the heat we get here in Texas. Anthony showed up at our house and kept with the same pleasant treatment. He got to work right away for us. He explained what was going on and had a plan to get us going temporarily. We had nice cold air again.
The pricing was very good and honest. He was going to research the best pricing for us for our ac blower motor. The temporary fix he did for us worked great. He is a wonderful tech and made a good impression of the company. This business is one that sticks to their values. Thank you!!

My upstairs unit quite cooling unexpectedly on a Friday night, and I contacted Master Air (based on their positive review history online) the next morning to see if they could get me back up and running. I wanted someone friendly, honest, knowledgeable and prompt. They did NOT disappoint! Joey, the president of Master Air, came over on Saturday and got me up and running in no time. I was so impressed I signed up for their seasonal “health check” service offering.

Owen came out to look at our drain pipe. He was very professional and took care of our issue quickly. When I called for the appointment, the receptionist was very helpful and gave plenty of options to schedule. We have used Master Air before and will continue to.

Nate came out and checked my A/C system and did an excellent job. He showed me that it was low on freon, so he added what was needed. Also, he checked my furnaces and fans and made sure it was running with top efficiency. It is cooling great now. I am very happy with my service. Thanks very much! Also, on 6/12/23, Anthony with Master Air came and fixed my main A/C unit. He knew right away the capacitor was bad. He called Carrier, and they said it was still under warranty I just payed for labor, and he had it fixed quickly since he had the part in his van. It is working great now. Thanks Anthony and Master Air!!!

I have worked with them for 16 years. Great company— and fair. I recently asked ARS to take a look at an issue and they told me I needed a whole new AC system. The Master Air folks came in, identified the narrow issue, and repaired it for a fraction for what ARS proposed. At a time of extreme heat when competitors are looking to bilk customers, Master Air keeps it real, and honest!

I would highly recommend Master Air Inc. to anyone who needs HVAC repairs/replacement. They replaced the entire heating and A/C system in my attic. They were very professional and provided a great overall experience. I will definitely use them again with any of my HVAC needs.

Noticed house warm Friday after hours. Reached out. Joey came and checked out system finding fan motor out. Replaced and up and running by Monday early afternoon.
