Extremely happy with Master Air. My AC went out last Thursday and the company provided by American Home Shield (Not Master Air) told me I needed a new compressor and all new refrigerant for a cost of over a thousand dollars. According to them, I would be without AC for at least a week.

I called Master Air for a second opinion and was very pleased with their service. These guys showed up several hours later, quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Overall they saved me several hundred dollars and a few brutally hot days with no AC. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I called them at 8am, and they were here by 12. I knew they had a great reputation in the area, but it was so nice to experience it. He knew first hand about my system and had serviced some of my neighbors and told me what he had experienced. Checked it out and was able to clear out the drain and get it working quickly! We purchased our new home in December of 2011 and quickly realized our air conditioner wasn't properly matched for the size of our home or its spray foam insulation. We called Master Air to have them assess our current system and we extremely pleased with the consultation. Kevin and Joey were very professional, courteous and took extra time to answer our numerous questions. I called at nine, they had a technician out by early afternoon. He diagnosed the problem accurately, did a temporary fix while he got the part, and installed it by late afternoon. The price was very fair. The technician was polite and knowledgeable.

Well I had to call Master Air again for what turned out to be a busted coil. Kevin M. (tech) and Kaitlyn (call manager), I do want to thank you throughout this entire process. Kevin on the initial visit diagnosed the problem in a minute. I was impressed!

Also I may have come across has annoying to Master Air and I do apologize but my anger should have been directed at the Lennox Brand. Both homes I purchased had a Lennox System and both times the Coil broke within 2 years. Kevin advised me on what future system I should purchase. Again thank you Kevin and Kaitlyn for your patience on just a frustrated homeowner of a BAD Lennox System.

Master Air has completely replaced our air system, as well as working on my parents’ equipment. My praise for their service is as high as it can be. They are 1) honest - if it is something minor, they will fix that and not tell the customer it is something larger, 2) efficient - they are in and out of your home without wasting time and they do not drag diet from outside into your house , 3) educational - they explain exactly what is wrong, why it needs to be fixed, what they will do. Additionally they explain how you need to maintain an efficient system. I know that my personal results may not be typical, but our electric bills prior to getting a new system was $600 plus in the summer; after our new system, our bills were $200 plus in the summer.
